This was terrible customer service, I am only leaving a one star because it is required... I waited an hour just for a quote on a set of tires while multiple employees were helping another customer. Then I was ridiculed for coming at 3:45 because the employee was ready to go home. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, terrible service with an incredible amount of disrespect.

Dustin was very helpful, he helped me choosing the right fitment and offset I needed for my truck, then put the tire wheels together and shipped them to me in NC for a better price than I could find local. Awesome guys will do business in future again and would recommend anyone to them.

Dustin was great to work with! Walked me through the whole process of choosing a wheel and tire combo that works for me. I received notifications and pictures all the way through. I will be buying wheels and tires in the future!

These guys are awesome! Dustin made the transaction as easy as it possibly could be, kept me posted, sent me pictures of the tires/rims mounted up etc. Made me feel like they were local instead of halfway across the country! I'll definitely be back for any future tires and rims.

I never purchased tires or rims before. Dustin was the biggest help and made things a lot easier. He took his time and explained to me the different size tires and knew exactly which ones would fit like he was looking at my truck in person but I live in a different state. The shipping was quick and the prices were the best from all the other places I got quotes from. I will 100% recommend custom automotive to anyone. I will forsure be purchasing from custom automotive again and again.

These guys are great! Dustin reached out to me multiple times making sure i had the correct options chosen for my rim and tire package. He even went as far as sending me detailed pics of what they would look like on my exact make and model. Such a great buying experience, I would never purchase another set from anyone else!

The same day I placed my order, Dustin reached out to me to adjust my order because he already knew the tire size I had on my order wasn't going to fit under my truck without some serious trimming. I have never ordered tires or wheels before, so I really needed the advice! He took the time to explain how the tire sizing works so I understood exactly what he was talking about when trying to refer the right size tire for my truck that would still satisfy the look I was going for. He even sent me pictures of a truck with the same kind of set up I was looking for to show me what I would be getting.
Even when the shop was closed for the weekend he was still there to answer any questions I had.
I was nervous about ordering such an expensive purchase online without having actually seen what I was buying in real life. But Custom Automotive really put all my worries to rest and was there every step up the way from packaging in the shop to what to look for when my purchase arrived at my house. I'll be using Custom Automotive for any future purchases and referring them to everyone I know who wants new tires!
