Mattress 5 stars, communication, a little delayed
I wouldn't say communication was great, a little delayed, messaged me to say it's in production, when in fact it was in my house 😁
Mattress itself we can't fault, needed to shorten a double mattress to fit a particular gap in my daughters bedroom. Delivery great, and not overly heavy, fits perfectly and daughter is happy, that's good enough for me 😊👍

Excellent communication with this…
Excellent communication with this company and speedy delivery. Our mattresses are excellent and fit really well. We had a difficult size for one of our motorhome mattresses, but Custom mattresses made our mattress exactly the size and shape that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the courier unexpectedly attempted delivery on a Saturday, which was outside of the day you requested. You should have received a text notification regarding this delivery attempt.
As discussed in our previous phone and email conversations prior to this review, we are actively looking into this matter. We’ve already provided the proof of delivery, which you have confirmed is your property.
To assist us in raising a dispute with the courier, if you believe that the item may have been taken by someone else, we recommend reporting the issue to your local authorities as a possible theft using the brief survey provided to you.
We have provided the link to report this, however we have yet to receive this information from you.

Great company, great mattress, great price!
From start to finish the process was really easy ordering a custom sized set of mattresses for my van conversion sofabed. A nice touch I thought was a nice little hand drawn sketch they email you after you order so you can double check you're happy with the sizes, just don't forget to confirm the sketch they send you is fine so they can start production.
The mattress itself was a lot more comfortable than I expected as I went for the 10cm memory foam as its just a sofabed, I have now ordered the main bed mattress as a 16cm cool mattress and I am very excited to see how nice that will be! The mattress came with a great removable cover which with other companies is extra so very happy with my order. Would definitely recommend.
