I tried to order 3 cushions and it…
I tried to order 3 cushions and it wouldn’t let me but didn’t say why. I then ordered 1 and got my mum to order 2. But she couldn’t and could only order 1 and then we realised it was because there was only 2 left in stock. But we needed 3!!
By then I had already paid.
I tried to cancel but no one replied to my email.
We then had to return the one cushion I had bought and lost £7 ish on shipping fees to me and then return fees back.I’m giving 3 stars as although expensive the return process was relatively easy.

Super product and super service!
I was looking to replace a 10 year old cushion, which was s favourite, but has got very worn. I put a query on line for ‘red cushion with Jack Russell dog on front, wearing a Union Jack scarf’ and voila! - you had exactly what I wanted, delivered speedily. A quality product and fast response.
This company had the fabric I wanted to make cushions so I decided to order them rather than worry about making them for myself. The price was reasonable and as someone who does a lot of sewing I am happy to support a small crafting company. I ordered the cushions and they were delivered to me the next day.
