Avoid this company been waiting six weeks for cushion cover keep getting fobbed off they are thieves taking money from you and not giving the goods, how are these people able to advertise and trade.

This is my original review (see update below) Have been waiting for my order for a month since 19th November. A small part of the order arrived and I was told the rest were being sent separately for some unknown reason. The tracking numbers are connected to a Chinese delivery service whose site is in bad English and the tracking numbers allege that the goods arrived in my country a couple of weeks ago but haven't moved since. In fact when you go further into the tracking system it says that my order is with Correos España but on Correos España site the tracking number does not exist (so the so called tracking number and link is to a fake company I deduce). I started emailing them on 3 December to enquire where my goods were and they more or less always say the same thing that delivery usually takes 7 - 10 days and that they can see my goods have been dispatched. The tracker now says dispatched on the 4th December (after I emailed for the first time when they'd assured me the goods had already been sent). Do not use this company they are fraudulent.
I am updating this review: After a lot of worry and unsatisfactory responses from the company I managed to get a full refund through my credit card company. Then today, almost three months after sending for the products, I received them. I am very happy with the quality although I do not believe they were despatched when they originally claimed they were. In the spirit of fairness I am no longer sure whether this company is some sort of scam or simply very misleading and badly organised.

Very disappointed with my first order…
Very disappointed with my first order with this company. Product looked nice on line, got a confirmation email so all seemed fine. It does not seem possible to even track the order either which is very strange. So I am still waiting for my throw, despite sending several emails and messages on messenger, there is no telephone number to speak to an actual person. This has put me off buying online and I wish I had read the reviews about the Company before purchasing. Another life lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company... check these reviews. Store appears to be a UK business, but in reality everything is coming from Asia. I have no objection to that other than the storefront is not being honest about what it is. Items DO NOT arrive, which is the real crux of the problem. When you raise an issue with them, they send what appears to be a spurious tracking code, and the tracking link they forward you to, says "Tracking Does Not Exist". I would heartily recommend people to AVOID this company

I have finally received my full order after 1 month of waiting! I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of each item, there is nothing luxury or decent about any of them! And they came in what looked like the cheapest bin bags!
Without all the issues, I still wouldn’t purchase these items had I seen them first. This is by far the worst drop shipping company I have used; if you would like quality, honesty and efficiency, please please pleaseeee take your custom elsewhere!

The customer service member did not provide me with good service. I have been ignored by email and Facebook messenger! I was eventually told that if I want a refund I have to pay to send them back to China!!! (They won’t reimburse)
When I wrote my first review (I had only received 1/4 of my order) the Cushioncoverstore managed to respond to my post in less than 6 hours!
Just shows where their priorities are! They would rather defend themselves against an honest review, than actually look after the paying customer!
I actually liked their business, before realising it was only ever a nice idea. The whole situation sucks!
Also I thought I’d mention, I have physically measured the covers and they came up at 43x43 and advertised as 45x45! So the cushion inserts I brought separately are squashed in!
This is a very selfish couple of people (drop shipping business), who only care about themselves and their pockets. I really wish I did not order and I done my research on them.

I am seeking advice as I have not received my whole order after ordering on 2/11/18 and some of the items quality are appalling. I will be fair to say that some of the items that I did order are lovely.
I also noticed that the items are shipped from other countries one of them was from Singapore. I think it is very dishonest of them to not reveal this on their website. I have a library of emails of my horrible situation with them, they seem to just reply with the same email draft again and again. I have requested a refund for the appalling quality on the throws and a cushion cover. I am still waiting on a reply. I am quite concerned after reading the reviews below about this company. I am absolutely appalled and extremely upset at this terrible service

Wow, really getting annoyed now. Ordered 2 cushion covers and 2 inner pads. Covers taken 2 weeks to be delivered and still waiting for the pads after nearly 4 weeks now. Emailed for an update 4 times and not getting a single reply. Terrible service. I feel stupid for allowing myself to use them!

Avoid. Long delays & poor quality items
I ordered 4 cushion covers and they took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When they eventually arrived (directly from China), they were of very poor quality so I had to return them at my own cost to seek a full refund. The refund was processed after a bit of chasing up from my end to ensure that it happened. I would not use this site again as the delivery times, quality of the items and customer service received were not as I would have expected.

Terrible company, only received half my order and 'Mark' the customer service guy (there is only one) just gives vague answers and never gives any real information. They have basically stolen my money abd now won't respond when I asked for a refund!

Long lead time for cover. Eventually sent from China. Bigger problem was that the inner recommended for the cushion of exactly the same size did not fit. It was too small. 5cm on all sides. Because of low value not worth my time (having now seen other poor reviews) and cost to send back. Will keep it unhappily although cover itself is fine as advertised.

I have waited for 8 weeks for cushion covers. They dont have a customer helpline. A person named Mark kept telling me different stories about the cushion cover being sent already, then out of stock, then only half in stock and then again out of stock. They do not have a sense of customer service. I had ordered cushion inners too, but Mark fails to understand that cushion inners are useless now because of their lack of service. He still demands for me to bear the return cost. Utterly pathetic experience. Thinking to file complaint against them with my Bank and with Trading Standards agency.
