I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. 1st pair arrived the shoes had hair all over it, stuff on the bottom of the shoe, suede was scrubbed in different areas. Filed a complaint the same day. It said wait on email for the next step. Received 2nd pair of shoes the shoe was thrown together, suede discolored. Both pairs of shoes looked previously worn. Filed complaint the same day. Got the same email with for a response. I finally received a response email 5 days later still with no instructions to return shoe or word about a refund. They never addressed it even after asked. These people have a number but it goes straight to a voicemail and they never answer. You do all communication through emails in which they hardly respond. Don’t buy from this company directly! If you do use PayPal so they can dispute it because these people don’t care. They take your money and do not respond to you. If you buy from other stores such as macys, Belk, and other department stores that’s cool they will deal with you directly.
Honest, reliable seller. Shoes are cute, well made and comfortable. Purchase transaction, delivery and communication are good. Will keep buying from this company.
Great on trend affordable collection of very comfortable shoes against a fare price. Also customer service (special thanks to Jeremy who is 6 stars) offered a direct solution.
I have only ordered from Cushionaire twice. In the first order I bought 2 pair of shoes. One was the correct size but the second pair was wrong. They sent 1 shoe in the size I ordered and the matching shoe was a size bigger. I made another purchase, they charged my card immediately, and 18 days later the shoes still had not been sent, I got no correspondence from them as to whether the shoes were sent, on back order or if the order had been canceled and the charge was still on my card. Save yourself a big headache and buy your shoes elsewhere.
I accidentally ordered the wrong style of boots. I wrote the company immediately. By the time anyone responded to me the boots had arrived and trying to return them was a nightmare. I’m done with this company.
