My mother purchased a dress on the 19th November which sadly didn’t work out for the event it was purchased for so she sent it back…. FOUR WEEKS AGO!
Clearly this small business is ran from a house and she sent it back recorded signed for - nobody was home to receive it. They are now with holding her money because the “parcel” hasn’t been received into the “warehouse”
It’s fraud what you are doing and disgusting!
She’s been more than fair communicating with you over Instagram and she just wants her refund of £47.49!
