Order not received

Order not received. Complete failure by company to communicate despite numerous follow up from myself. Had to get back involved to sector a refund. Curve had the audacity to tell my bank they had posted the items and I had received them. Said that despite there being no parcel tracking provided. Avoid!

I recently purchased from Curve Surf…

I recently bought the Armourdillo surfboard travel bag for my shortboard and honestly I’m super impressed with it. I’ve used a few different board bags over the years and this one feels way more solid, especially around the nose and rails where it actually matters.

The padding is thick and gives me a lot more confidence when transporting my board, whether it’s just on the roof of my car or heading away for a trip. I also really like the fit — it holds the board snug so it’s not sliding around inside, which has been an issue I’ve had with cheaper bags before.

You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design, it’s not just a basic cover. It’s lightweight for how protective it is, and all the little details actually make a difference.

Overall, really happy with the purchase. Definitely feels like good value for money and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable travel bag.

Very disappointed in the lack of…

Very disappointed in the lack of service from curve surf. I ordered a board bag and when it didn’t show up a month later I called to find out where it was. They had put the wrong address on the package and Australia post advised that they had returned to sender. Then again I heard nothing and after a month I called curve surf again. They advised the package must have been lost in transit and it was my fault and would not be offered a refund or store credit.
I do not recommend buying anything online from them.

WOULDNT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

On 19th March I ordered a pair of surfing earplugs from Curve Australia, cost $39.95. These included plugs AND case for them. Received an email stating they had temporary stock out and offering me replacement which they could ship instead at same price.
Received the replacement ear plugs MINUS the case and instructions on how to fit. These plugs arrived in a small sealed plastic bag with no paperwork or case. Wrote to company asking where case was and for instructions on how to fit them.
Received response stating they sent photos of the plugs which did not display case (it was not advised in their email that a case was not included with these replacements so I expected a case per my original order). Was advised to purchase zip lock bag to store them. Not on!
Emailed company advising I wanted to return and get a refund as these goods not as described (no case). Asked for postage paid envelope.
Was advised by Curve if I wanted to return there would be a $14 restocking fee or store credit for reduced fee of $7. No mention of postage paid envelope, so I am guessing that I am supposed to pay for postage.
These good were not as described which is why I want a full refund and postage to send back to this company. THEY DUPED ME. Waiting for my credit card company to advise.

Buyer beware - not an Australian business

This business presents as Australian with a .com.au address. The shipping page only outlines shipping times to Australian states with no mention of NZ shipping times. However this is misleading, it is actually a NZ business.

When I tried to return a product I had to email them twice to get a response. They informed me I needed to send the product to NZ, which suprised me as obviously the return shipping is more expensive. Their returns policy deducts $20 for restocking, which is quite high.

Buy if you like their products, but be aware that returns are expensive.
