Beatiful, real value for moeny
I bough a waste bin in a flat pack. Assembled in few minutes. It looks beautiful in my kithchen in a amazing blue metal color. value for money...just 39 euro.

Would give no stars if could! This company sold a bin (yes yet another very dissatisfied customer whose bin didnt last half of its warranty) Refund promised and to date no refund has materialised! Would not recommend anyone buying from this company! Agree with others steer clear plentyof other companies to buy a bin from!
Stay away from this company
I purchased a touch-top bin 5 months ago and not long after, the lid would no longer stay closed. I emailed customer service to inform them of the issue and attached a photo of the bin. I was not asking for anything, as I obviously no longer had the receipt (who keeps a receipt for a rubbish bin anyway?). I was simply giving feedback.
They are clearly aware of this issue, as there are hundreds of reviews online reporting the same defect, and I now see many similar reviews here as well.
I did not expect a refund, obviously, but a company with a little honesty (and intelligence) would at least offer a discount code or a voucher for a future purchase. I was actually willing to buy another Curver model, but with a pedal.
Instead, their response was the following:
“Hello Rita,
We are sorry to hear that this happened to your product. Please note that without a receipt your product is not under warranty. Unfortunately, we no longer have spare parts available for the Curver bin, as replacement parts are no longer being manufactured for this product. As your product is no longer under warranty, we are unable to provide a solution.
We apologize we could not have been of any further assistance.”
They say they are sorry. Sorry for selling a product they know very well is defective? Sorry for taking people’s money? And of course they no longer produce replacement parts for this product (I wonder why).
Companies like this do not last long. I was a customer and I had bought other products from this brand, but I will not spend one more penny on any of their products.
Bad quality now
Had an older curved bin for years absolutely brilliant bins but my husband dropped it and it broke, he got another curver bin but they are terrible now, the separate ring is now attached and doesn’t hold the bin liner in properly and it ends up in the bin within 2 weeks it’s broken as trying to get the liner out the lid snapped
Terrible product (54 L pop up bin)…
Terrible product (54 L pop up product). Terrible design. Poor quality. Poor description on website - advertised as for a big family (it's very small). Impossible to put together (at least the one I bought was). I suspect if I force the lid onto the base it will break. Legs keep falling off the base even though they are 'clicked' into place. I'm taking it back to the store I bought it from and hope they will refund me. Otherwise I've thrown my money down the drain - I won't be buying Curver again.
Terrible Company Curver
I am incandescent with rage at this Company they only had two ways to send this item back with a printer. I have no access at all to a printer. There attitude was dreadful. I lost £33 over this. I will never buy another thing from Curver🤬

Total rubbish . Bought 2 both had faulty lids . Both replaced and also had faulty lids . Contacted Curver who were not interested . Just told me to go back to shop again and get replacements again. Following large number of bad reviews they have very bad or no customer service . Do not buy total rubbish

I bought one of your bins and within two months the lid won’t close.
Contacted Tamara 3/7/24 via phone and followed it up with an email with a copy of invoice plus a video as requested by you.
4/7/24 email from Tamara requesting my bank details to process a refund. Bank details sent same day. As yet no refund despite calling and emailing to chase.

The spring broke on my Curver bin lid. Curver cannot provide a new spring. Very poor service.
Cheap components
Cheap components, bin has broken no one answers the phone at Curver and Facebook contact is down for maintenance. We purchased from.Dunelm and they told us to talk to manufacturers.

Recently I contacted Curver to try and purchase a replacement hinge and lid for my very ancient laundry bin as I had been unable to find them elsewhere.
They responded very promptly to my request and sent me the items, free of charge.
It is unheard of in this day and age to get such service.
