Steer clear of this organization
Steer clear of this organization. Unethical. I brought a competitive deal to them on a VERY expensive grill and he was more worried about tricking me into getting the information of the company offering it and making me think he needed to see the deal in order to match. When I gave him the information in writing he went to the manufacturer (Lynx) and told them this competitor was violating the selling agreement they have with Lynx.
I would avoid this business if you can, they are more worried about hurting their competitors (that consistently outsells them go figure) than selling a grill to a customer. Jonathan never followed up with me to sell me the grill after he got what he wanted on email. Used a customer to get back at a competitor. I also escalated this to Lynx to let them know how one of their dealers treated one of their customers and apparently there is a history with Curtos, not the first time they've alienated a customer.
My experience was very negative overall and Jonathan is very condescending and spoke negatively about other companies as well which was a complete turn off.
Brought my business elsewhere and I am thrilled with the grill and service I received.
