DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING QUALITY AND WILL NOT REFUND YOU IN FULL!!!! STEER CLEAR!

The quality of the curtains where rubbish!!! I did send photos! I repeatedly asked for there address to send the curtains back! I was told I had to pay for return costs!! And they told me they'd deduct the cost for originally sending me the curtains!! So They offered me a 5% discount and said I could keep the curtains instead!! To cut a long story short!! I ended up with a 35% discount and I kept the curtains, not that there any good to use!! I just had enough of feeling like I was hitting my head against a brick wall!!!
No happy at all.
Please save yourself the stress,time and effort and order for somewhere local!!

Avoid this company!
Not refaunds!!!!! They send whatever they have in stocks. I order a white translucid 174" by 95" courtin $200.
And I got a yellow 72" by 95 totally blackout courtin.

Curtains are bad quality made in china, they refuse to refund, customer service will just waste your time going back and forth asking silly questions.

If you get pleated curtains, your curtains will be half the size, even if its 104x94 width and each panel is 52 inch, the pleated panel will be more like 30 inch each.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you will not get your money back and you will have a terrible quality product, these people do not make their own curtains either, they just order it from someone else and that is why all their measurements and descriptions are completely wrong.

90% blockout curtains means 70% and 70% block out can mean 90%, these people do not know their own products.

Delivery time is more like 1-2 months, and if you bought their expensive curtains for a few hundred dollars, they still come in a little plastic bag like you bought a $5 toy.

Terrible. Curtain sizes indicated each panel width but when they arrived the measure was for both panels. Truly not to be trusted. I'm sorry I did not look here first. Would not return them so avoid at all cost.

Give credit where it's due

After reading the reviews on this site, I was beginning to regret to have buy on this site.

Finally, the product arrived faster than I though (I payed for the 4$ insurance cost). The quality of the product is great considering it's probably low-cost Chinese materials and manufacturing. For what you pay, it's great.

I hope my message helps hesitant people to would back off from ordering there by looking at bad reviews. I mean, if you were to order a simple curtain, go help your local detailer. But that was the only place I could find the kind of pattern I was looking for.

I ordered curtain for my kids bedroom, the ones where there are cartoon monkeys in a forest. When I told my wife I ordered from this site she quickly went to see the reviews and sais "why did you buy from there the reviews are awfull its a scam bla black bla!" Well they came in today on schedule and I got her to say I'm sorry honey you where right. ..this time.... because the curtains are GREAT!!!! The colors are amazing the material is strong and they loops are of fine quality!!!! Did I get lucky? Maybe. But in any case for the price I paid I'm super happy and so is baby!!! Thanks. Terrible business practices. Sent me the wrong length of curtains and I’ve been going back and forth with them for months about the replacement. Have wasted at least 10 hrs of my time on this. Every week they report the item is ready to be shipped or that it will be going out in 5 days.

Do not by from this company. They send you curtains of bad quality, and don't take returns unless you pay a high fee for the return shipping. When you pay a small fee to get it shipped to you. Item is from China had experience like this before from a Chinese company. Beware

Do not buy from this company it's a scam. Still haven't received my product. No way to speak to anyone & the chat service is obviously automated.

I echo all the negative comments. This company is a sham. I received my curtains two months late. They are the wrong size. they have been thrown together. The stitching is appalling. They curl up, they do not hang straight. They do not even meet in the middle so you cannot see the images that are meant to match. Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely appalling service and the trash quality! On top of that, my curtains came in the wrong size and I was refused the refund!. The chat online app is completely useless, shambolic people! As if it is not enough they are uploading photos of products that are completely different from the ones they send

They are misleading customers with wrong information and when you paid, they never responded you on time and your order delivered 2 months later. Curtains are so poor quality than you ever seen in the world like with dark fabric they use white color tread and liner with absolutely awful quality. You even don’t use it in your toilet let alone in your living room. They have worse customer service even they didn’t return your money and threatened you with high costs of returning if you do. Your money gone your time wasted and at the end customer service said give this item to your family and friends.

I also cannot rate this company. Cheap looking curtains eventually turned up looking very different from website pictures and wrong size. Like a previous reviewer wrote they look like shower curtains. I can’t be bothered to explain emails but they concluded that they can’t help and I should keep them. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I honestly wish I could give a lower rating on my experience with this company. I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my curtains to show up and the quality is absolute garbage. They sent me the wrong curtains all together and blatantly refuse to send the correct ones or issue me a refund. Their customer service is absolute trash. Worst company I've ever delt with. Please do not order from them if you are wanting what you ordered in a timely fashion or you want a specific item as they send you a cheaply made knock off that looks like a 5$ shower curtain from the dollar store while charging you over 100$.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, ordered 118" width curtains, came only 37" wide. No backing to put curtain hooks, so even if correct size, unable to hang without additional work. Web site says easy returns, this company REFUSE to accept any returns. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS>

Save your $. This company is in China and when you get your order and it looks nothing like their site shows, you have to send it back to China at your expense! I ordered curtains that said we’re white, even showed bright white in picture. Turns out after waiting a month, they are gray. They tried to blame my resolution on phone. Yet, their ad says white. This has been a loss of $90 and curtains I can’t use!

Ordered curtains gray, came purple, wrote that they came in the wrong color, they answered me. what is this insignificant Problem and that they will not return money and will not change them either
