Ordering was easy enough and they came…
Ordering was easy enough and they came quite quickly. The rings were smaller than I’d expected - I know there was a measurement! Worst thing was that the clip part was so stiff I couldn’t open most of them & even my husband struggled. Once up the clips held the curtain fine but taking the curtain down again I found that the ‘teeth’ of the clips caught in the threads of the curtain fabric.

Ignoring complaint IMO that you should Buy elsewhere
The items arrived damaged. I’ve sent photos of the damage, and I’ve been told to send them back. This was after a delay of two weeks and 3 emails later!!
I shouldn’t have to stump up return shipping! Now I’ve sent another three emails requesting a returns label and I’m just ignored.
I’m absolutely fed up, I feel that these people are slow timing me forcing me to give and stand to the loss.
They’re really very quick to praise themselves, given what I now know, I wish I’d took notice of the feedback and purchased elsewhere.

Great product range and customer service.
So glad that curtainringclips stocked this item. The corner connector for 16mm diameter curtain poles solved a big no drill problem for me. My only concern was the delivery time but given the pandemic restrictions, I understand. I was also very impressed with the customer service as I called to check on delivery and I recieved a call back with full info within moments and I was not put on hold either. Fabulous!

Initially I thought the gold was a little bright but once they were in place it seems fine. I used the long ones on smaller curtains , wrapping them around twice .
