Didnt work for us...

We tried Curral for some appointment-setting business development, but it really didn't do what it said on the tin. You pay a fee for each appointment they make successfully based on agreed criteria but we found ourselves in a volume of meetings with clients that did not have that criteria and had a poor understanding of what we actually did as a company.

The representatives pose as if they work for your company and we felt like this had a negative impact in developing genuine relations with companies.

This review of our services has been reported to Trustpilot and we hope to receive confirmation of removal very soon. Sadly, it seems that the review has been left on the same day the client settled outstanding sums owed to us, following emails threatening further action to be taken. We'd like to share an email from the client upon request to terminate engagement (mid contract) from November 5th 2023.

We have shared the email with you as the above review in our opinion as we believe the 1 star review to be highly damaging to the brand we are building, whilst we welcome feedback of course and open ourselves to criticism online through Trustpilot, we do not feel that this review is a true reflection of the experience as the customer suggests.

We did not receive communication as per our contract to suggest that the appointments we not validated as the client suggested and as with any of our customers, if this had been the case, then we would have credited invoices or not raised an invoice for the appointment.

Please see the word for word email from our customer below, requesting termination outside of our agreement. We did also aid the customer with an extended payment period during the challenging financial period they experienced.

Folks hi... Ben here - Observatory.

I spoke with Ryan earlier about our need to pause or stop the great work that we have been doing with Curral with immediate effect.

Watching the campaign grow, ultimately I think things were moving in the right direction and we were due to discuss some fine tuning this morning. In the last few weeks a couple of projects have been cancelled on us and last night we got bad news about a large contract being cancelled from this month. So currently we are calculating redundancy to let some staff go and I need to at least pause the work we are doing together. I understood you need this in writing...

We can probably get through this patch and ideally start working again in the not too distant future. I see Curral in my plans going forward should we can survive this moment. Terminating the contract seems harsh (I don't think you need to delete our data and write us off yet) but what I'd like to do is just make sure we can get through to the other side of Christmas and probably build up the capital a bit further with some clearer insight as to where the money is going to come in from next so that I can properly honor the contract with you... I'm dealing with a few question marks on this side and just wanted to be upfront about this as soon as possible.

We have some outstanding costs with you which we can cover... Some of those appointments on the invoice have been postponed, put back or not yet rebooked... but still we do have funds to settle these - I just wanted you to know that its not quite that bad...

But I do need to let some staff go, get through this phase here then reposition for the next step.

Sorry its not better from us. ThankQ for all the great work done so far.

They GENERATE RESULTS, and do it FAST too.

As an agency owner, it can be stressful not knowing when and where your next client will come from. Building a reliable lead generation system is an absolute must for any agency to thrive and scale. But for years, I had been struggling to create one for our company, from using a number of systems including chatbots, funnel software, Facebook ads etc. It was a nightmare and honestly, nothing was working to the level I wanted it to work. In the end, I needed to chat to business owners. No fluff, no salesy pitches or free PDFs. I needed to grow and scale my agency and for that, I needed to speak with business owners and decision makers. The ones with the power and cash for our services. It was then that I just so happened to meet Tom (founder of Curral) and his team. And guess what? The rest is history...They have helped me build a reliable lead generation system for Digiruu which has resulted in a significant increase in sales. How much?
