Like everybody else I place an order in March and I have not received the item I receive an email at one point that says if you want a refund because the item was on back order, I said yes please refund me and never heard anything after that

Didn’t receive order, website shutdown and email bouncing. Scam!

I ordered the dreamer product through Instagram and thought it was legitimate as it was hosted through ‘shop’. I never received the product nor did I get a refund. They totally ignored all my request. This company is no longer available. They are a total scam, and I have no idea how I can get the money back.

I think Shop should refund me as they hosted them as though they were legitimate. Please can anybody tell me how I can recover my money?

Absolutely disgusting company, I never recieved my item and even though I went through PayPal I still lost £29 it is just another scam and unfortunately I fell for it

My story is much like everyone else who has reviewed.
I made a purchase at the beginning of FEB and received the standard email confirmation that the item will be dispatched soon and will update tracking details soon. I waited, and waited and waited for the tracking details. I kept checking the website tracking and there were no updates for over a month. I emailed multiple times for an update, but started receiving undelivered mail notifications. I requested a refund through the website portal. A few days later the website was removed. I reported the whole ordeal to my bank and scam watch, but i am still waiting for my money to be returned.

It’s a scam! Order never arrived and all the support emails provided don’t work!

Same story as everyone else. I’m now disputing something for March, which never arrived. Honestly, think they were just banking on people for getting all altogether.

SCAM - do not buy from here

Scammed :( Same issue as everyone else. I found their ad through Instagram. I'm so disappointed because the product actually looked good and everything else looked legit. This really puts a dent in my trust with any small biz shop. Back to Amazon I go.

As everyone else has said... absolute scam. purchased item in March, emailed in April as still not been dispatched. They assured me it would be on its way in 5-7 days as there was a delay in shipping. Heard nothing since despite me emailing several times. Now taken it up with my bank to get a refund.

Ordered Building Blocks, never arrived! no response and the website have been removed. Contact my bank to issue dispute, avoid do not order anything like it

Said there was a backlog. Replied first time to say so. Still waiting after 3 months and no longer replying.

I placed an order with Curoto and was told there were delays due to a backlog. After that initial reply, the seller completely stopped responding, and I never received the item I paid for. The product has since been removed from their site, and it now appears the store has disappeared altogether.

This is extremely disappointing and feels like a deliberate scam. Shopify hosts their store but takes no responsibility. If you’ve placed an order, I strongly recommend requesting a chargeback through your bank immediately.

Stay away from this store.

I have reported it as scam and the bank refunded my money. Avoid this online shopping platform !!!

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I ordered an item from them in March 2025. It never shipped. I contacted them a few times and they said it would ship in 5-7 business days or they could provide a full refund. I never got a shipping notice and it's been over a month since the last time I contacted them. The website is no longer exists and I'm filing a claim with my credit card company to refund me the money. What a scam!

Product never arrived

I never received the products I ordered. I was initially notified of a delay due to a backlog, but since then, all my attempts to contact the company have failed—emails are bouncing back and the website is no longer accessible. It appears I will not be receiving what I paid for, so I’m currently disputing the transaction through my bank.

I wish I would have read the reviews...same as everybody else. Order confirmation received immediately and then no product still after two months. Contacting my bank to get money back. No expecting anything from this company. Links are not even working now....avoid them! Is a scam!

Avoid!!!

I finally received a response from my earlier emails to say there was a delay. Agreed to wait another 2 weeks and if not they would issue a full refund.weeks went by I heard and received nothing. I've emailed again multiple times with no response. Now my emails are bouncing back and the website is no longer available. Absolute scam!!!! What I purchased was a gift for my nephew for his birthday!

Same as everyone else’s story! Order, pay and no product almost 2 months later. Sent multiple emails enquiring and have had no replies. Wish I’d read these reviews sooner!
