Too high in position and cheap manufacturing, very bad service
Be aware there is no return policy for this company in Austria, Germany. It's a big scam company and I have not experienced a fight like this to reclaim normal standards, or a normal return; all in one very bitter experience and unhappy, disappointed with product.
I received the wrong colour and a stain on this knot on the bottom side of the pillow, when I wanted to return, chinese bots (very unsatisfying and incompetent AI bots which is not a customer service!) responded in German names the same over all answer and did NOT provide a return address for more than two months. The second pillow I ordered, never arrived and I still had to pay 15% for the second product and I was forced to keep the other one.
Throw your hard earned money elsewhere.
