Great product and customer service
I accidentally duplicated an order and didn't realize until I couldn't cancel it. Brittany from the customer service team helped me resolve that quickly and was very nice. I love the product and reorder it as often as I need it. It's the only thing that has almost fully cleared my skin.

Don't fall for the Skincare Industry
The use of Tretinoin (their new favorite chemical) did so much harm to my skin barrier that was already damaged (which the Curology dermatologists did not diagnose). There is peer reviewed research that links Tretinoin to frequent migraines. After two weeks of use and so many migraines that I could barely read or write, I decided to cut the product and the migraines disappeared. The dermatologists in Curology could not diagnose my damaged skin barrier through pictures and that resulted in poorly developed, EXPENSIVE, skincare. Their marketing does a lot to sneakily avoid lawsuits, while actively propagating their skincare as "personalized" and "professional" but it did not treat my skin, only made it worse.
Don't fall for the mega skincare industry, selling you harsh overpriced chemicals to get rid of your acne. Do your own research WHICH IS FREE, figure out your skin type, try some gentle moisturizers, and some cheap but insanely effective skincare that exists out there. After years of treating my skin with product after product, dermatologist after dermatologist, and even Acutane, nothing has been more effective than my own research and trial and error.

I don't recommend curology.
1. Their large product is not that large that it should be charged so much.
2. We can't contact them via call so problems that could be solved right away take a few days and they contact you via SMS or email which is inconvenient. Very unuseful.
3. What the heck is the price?? OMG, why are they charging that much?
4. I saw no improvement in my skin when I used trial products. So, I wanted to cancel my subscription. but I got a notification that my card was debited by $127 by curology. So, I tried to cancel that product. But since there is no phone number for a call. I could not. I sent them msg asking to cancel. I got a reply after 4 days. I DO HAVE NO USE OF $127 PRODUCTS. and on top of that, they don't return products.
I would have given them a negative 10-star review if there was that option.

I love the products and have used them for years. This is the only time I've had to contact customer support, they were fast and solved my problem. If you've never tried Curology, DO IT
I Love Curology
So far I love everything about Curology. I have been wanting to try tretinoin for years. I went onto their website and read everything. They explain every single thing perfectly. You just have to READ all the information so you are informed. I love my formulation so far and I have contacted customer service a few times with questions and they got back to me quickly and have been super great. They also sent me emails about my customized formula, the ingredients, what to expect and how long you may experience things like possible purging etc. and why.
Also, you can find all of that information on their website as well. It is all there. There have been no surprises for me regarding the products or ordering because it is all clear on the website. If you READ everything, it is all there in black and white. They want you to be informed but if you do not read everything on their website....That is your own fault and not Curology. They want to know how the formula is working for you and will make any changes you may feel you need-if necessary. They check in with us all the time and they are there for us 100%. I am in no way affiliated with them. I am just so happy to get so much detailed information regarding the products and my personalized formula from their emails and from the website. So I have only been using my formula for almost one month but I am very happy so far and I know I can get my formula changed if I want to or need to. My skin is clearing in areas that I have been unable to clear with any other product. We have a personal dermatologist who works with us and we send updated photos to them as well. This is a great company and I am thankful and thrilled to be able to get my formula from them. You can get some of their products at Target like the cleanser and moisturizer but the customized formula made for you according your skin and what you need is from their dermatologist and is only available through their website because only a dermatologist can prescribe it for you. After answering their questions about your skin and sending in your photos they will put together a unique formula just for your skin. After you use it for a while, you let your dermatologist know how it is or is not working and they will work with you until you have a formula that works the best for you. They want you to get the best skin of your life, which is what I am hoping for ! This is a great company. I love it.
Scammed me out of over $100
Scammed me out of over $100 and refused to refund me. Beware of this company! I only wanted to buy some retinol and they force you to sign up to their subscription. But they don’t tell you that they will be adding lots of random stuff to it. They then will charge you without notice and won’t refund you for unopened products that you didn’t order. Avoid! Would recommend apostrophe which gives much better service

I'm so sick of price gouging
I'm so sick of price gouging! They've raised prices 2yrs in a row. They say "inflation" but don't specify what exactly has increased to justify the ongoing price increases. I guarantee now that inflation is starting to go down they will NEVER decrease their prices. This feels like a last ditch effort to squeeze as much money out of customer's as they can since the economy is leveling back out.
