Bad product and business

I kept trying these formulas for long periods of time and it only ever made my skin worse. On top of this I was charged for boxes I didn't want shipped without advanced notice more than once.

Untrustworthy

I previously signed up for pre-shipment alerts, yet I did not receive an alert before my product was prepared for shipment. I contacted customer service via text, as they do not have a number to call. I was told that the shipment had already left their facility and they could not cancel the shipment. When I tracked the package, it showed that the carrier did not have possession of the package. I contacted them again to let them know that the package had not left their facility. The rep said that they would forward my concern to the appropriate person to see about canceling and refunding the charge. I would hear something in 2 days. So in other words they will allow the shipment to leave their facility and then see if they can cancel the shipment before it leaves? I was also told that I could not set my profile up for text alerts and that it could only be done on their end. The rep requested proof. How can I provide proof if it was done via their website? My daughter and I both set up our profiles, on our end, to receive pre-shipment alerts. She gets them and I don't. When I mentioned this to the to the rep, the rep stopped responding.

Updated Review - Responsive Customer Service

Update: Customer Service reached out to find a remedy to the problem. It's a shame it took a Trustpilot review to get them to respond, but I appreciate them taking the time to help resolve this.

Old Review- BE WARNED: They do not give you refunds and don't accept returns. They will take your card information and not tell you when they are shipping out another batch, then you get a surprise $100 bill that they refuse to refund you. Be careful!

SCAMMED OUT OF $100

I signed up for the 30 free trial. I canceled my service about a week and a half (possibly 2 weeks) prior to when it was supposed to charge me for the next month. I received a noticed that I got charged anyway. I went through the cancellation process again and contacted customer service, but received no response. A few days later, it said the order shipped. I canceled again and contacted again, still with no response. The morning after it shipped, I contacted again (via text this time) and finally got a response only for them to refuse a refund because I canceled "too late" and they had "no record" of me canceling the first two times. I'm screwed out of $100 for something that is not my fault.

Sasha was my customer representative. She was patient and helpful. She resolved my issue immediately and saved me a lot of trouble. She understood my issue and fixed it right away which I really appreciated. It is normally never that easy when dealing with customer support.

I Rip off SKIN Productsrequested a sample pack paid shipping…

I requested a sample pack paid shipping got no paperwork saying was being placed on suscription recieved 2nd package was bill 100$ for it these were not good products didnt work asadvertised called them spent s a few days didnt get back to me requarding cancilation sent unopenedproducts back at a $15 cost to me bow they r saying they have A NO RETURN POLICY what a rip off since my review i have reported curology to ftc Pa attorney general&BBB and dispute chargeback with my credit card company these r scammers Heard back from attorney gen of Pa &curology both on june 24 attorney gen sent letter asking them to reply in 21fays telling me to reply if curology resolves issue curology message sent said there would be a one time refund posted within next 5days will update my review when i see my refund

Great customer care

My box came with missing 2 items and I contacted customer care and they sent me a whole new box with the correct items for free, can't beat that for customer service! I was very happy

Worst skincare company ever!

This company is such a joke & completely scams its customers! I bought their trial tretenoin formula, wanted to give my skin a few weeks to adjust, I had major irritation from their formula. A new bottle shipped out before I had even finished out the trial formula. These formula's are not custom to your skin at all. This formula burned my skin and they told me they don't offer refunds but could adjust my formula. No thank you! RUN AS far away from this company as you can go. I regret ever getting involved with their business. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. LEARN TO START CARING MORE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS - We are the lifeline to YOU staying in BUSINESS!

Yes this is a formal complaint as I was not notified nor did I confirm that I needed any products as these products did not work for my 14 year old minor child. I have contacted this merchant that has refused to refund money they have stated they can not be reached by a business phone. They have been notified that a fraud charge will be filed as well as a complaint with the attorney General, pharmacy board, and better business bureau.

Skin care is not personalized

Skin care is not personalized. I was new to retinol I had never used it before and after using as directed for 3 days my skin was so insanely irritated I stopped using and forgot about them charging me. A month later they sent the same stuff, I tried to cancel but the provider assured me that I would get a better formula. Paid again and tried again, the product was still to strong. I tried to cancel but was forced to do a pause…. The following cycle I saw à failed change, for online canceled my subscription but they billed again and now I am stuck with so much product I can’t use because as it turns out I am allergic to the formula. Lots of “read the policy” but no actual help.

Just go to a dermatologist in person. These tele services are just pushing drugs without any concern for the actual health of the individual. Shame on you Curology….

I ordered my first box and since I been…

I ordered my first box and since I been using the formula as directed the formula is not helping I noticed like every morning the ance is spreading more and more all over my face I don't know why that's happening it didn't do that the first 3 uses now after the 4th use the ance spreads even worse I will not use the formula no more

cancellation problems

update.. curology stepped up and refunded for the error
Approx a month ago I attempted to cancel the subscription and was not able to as I continually recieved an error message. I then emailed and after much going back and forth she agreed to cancel the account ...lo and behold I recieved a package on 4/25 and was charged 87.00 .. After finally getting to someone I have been told there are no returns whatsoever...How can you run a company like this?
