Massively over rrp. Avoid

Massively over rrp.
Cancels orders days after purchase due to website not showing correct stock levels. Surely most basic this for a website is to show correct stock levels and not take money for stock you dont have.

Our Pokémon stock sold out in a sudden rush within a minute or two of having been listed for sale. Given the speed with which customers were placing their orders there were unfortunately a few extra orders, including yours, that got through before stock allocation caught up.

Those orders were cancelled and refunded, and we have reviewed our systems to reduce the chance of this happening again in similar high‑demand launches.

RRP is a guideline, and in this instance the product was priced super competitively against the rest of the market.

Very pleased with my purchase of letters for my grandsons. They are well made, great product at a reasonable price ,

Exactly how an online business should work!

So sometimes you’re looking for something specific, and it’s not on your usual list of shops. There’s always a little bit of jeopardy when finding a new online shop. But I tried Curious Minds for the first time. Excellent. Great communications, very well packaged item arrived safe and sound, and in great time. Added bookmark to my favourites for future use, and I’ll have no hesitation in recommending to friends and families.

Excellent Customer Service

Despite the delivery service not treating my parcel with care - I cannot recommend this company enough for their level of customer service which went above and beyond through no fault of their own. I know my grandson will love his gift. Thank you

Scientifically good.

We bought from curious minds last year for our dark skies festival. Their expertise in scientific toys was what drew us to the site and speaking to knowledgeable staff told us we had made the right choice, allowing us to purchase with confidence.

Good customer service in general

The people I interact with both through chats and emails were very nice I should say. The only issue was each time I requested something or I was told that something would be done, on all occasions I had to send a reminder and for me that's a bit tiring bordering on frustrating. Otherwise no other complaints.
