Ordered a citrus juicer and received a completely different item to what was advertised. Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered some AI glasses that took video per the video they promoted and they do not take video. They are glasses that connect to blue tooth to listen to music only. Trash.

Scammed on Midnight perfume jasmine seeds. Received seeds for some unknown plant looks like weed with small trumpet flowers. $59+ paid offered me $7. What a joke!!!! Didn't want refund, just the right seeds!!!!

Stay well away from Cur8Trend.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of disgraceful. I received a faulty product and, instead of standing behind what they sell, they offered a small partial refund and expected me to pay out of my own pocket to return their defective item.

Any reputable business would take responsibility and either provide a full refund or arrange return shipping at their expense. Cur8Trend chose neither.

Customer service has been frustrating, repetitive, and completely unwilling to provide a fair resolution. After numerous emails, I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Cur8Trend to read the reviews carefully before spending their hard-earned money. Based on my experience, this is not a company that values its customers once a problem arises.

Very disappointing and certainly not a business I would ever deal with again.

They robbed me for 70 dollars. AI runs the processing and shipping. They sent me the same tracking number with 3 different parcel companies. And told me that my hats had shipped everytime they send the fake tracking number. When I look the number up it says invalid number. They send the fake number just to think you are tracking your item. They are snakes and thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY

I ordered a lemon squeezer but emailed to cancel right after because I realized the one I had was better than I thought. They tried to convince me to keep the order but my offering me a 4usd refund, which I then accepted but asked a question about the product because it didn’t look like how I thought it would work and wouldn’t be good for my hand. They emailed me back saying the refund would be processed and ignored my question. I asked to just cancel and they started gaslighting me until they could say it’s too late to cancel and they already shipped it. They sent me a crappy lemon tongs and never even followed through on the refund, sending me a fake screenshot and told me to process it with my bank and there’s nothing they can do. Total scam to avoid at all costs. They stole $50cad from me and frustrated me significantly. Such a shame that people can have so little respect.

Received my order of 3 ferns. Totally disgusted. I received 3 branches and combined would not equal 1 plant. False advertising!! I then started the return process which was a total shit show. One month later I am still awaiting the return address. They keep offering $20 refund and I keep the product. That’s $50 less than what I paid. I repeatedly said NO. Still waiting for the address.

Just received a email from this company asking me to take down the comments about their company. I think not!!! I received the work out band. Not the one advertised. Complete junk for 33.00. Bought one on Amazon for 12.00 made in USA. I will always check here before I buy anything on line again. This company are thieves. Discussing.😡

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had the absolute worse experience with my order or shall I say the product that they sent me. When asked about return they sent me $8 and I am not even sure ever received it. The nerve to receive an email today asking to remove my comment. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. They will send you a nicely written email from the so called customer service with no attempt to solve the issue. If you do not have the stock of what you advertise, the best practice will be to cancel the order not steal customers hard earned money! BAD company.

I ordered an item and received a completely different one than advertised. I emailed them about the discrepancy between the image they sent and the advertised product. They offered me a $15 refund to keep the item but when I declined they wanted me to pay to return it for a full refund. When I asked for four emails detailing the difference, the fifth time they responded claiming it was the same despite the images clearly showing it wasn’t. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. It was a really bad experience with poor service and the product wasn’t what was advertised on the website or in the advert.

Do NOT buy from this company. The product I received looked nothing like the advertisement or photos online. The quality was extremely cheap, wrong color, and clearly misrepresented. I paid almost $40 for something worth a few dollars at most.

Customer service kept offering tiny partial refunds instead of taking responsibility for the false advertising. They also expected me to pay expensive international return shipping just to maybe receive a refund later.

Very misleading advertising and disappointing customer service experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The product received took ages to get here. Then when it did it was certainly not as advertized. The delivery person also was very suspect to say least.
Never buy on line again like this...total misrepresentation.
Now I have a product over priced and comparable to the dollar stores.

I ordered four of what I thought were these beautiful ferns that were huge and full in a hanging basket and what I got was four little sprigs of Fern leaves. No hanging basket no nothing and now I’m waiting to hear back from them to get a refund and send those back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in ordering something online! I would call this bait and switch in my opinion and look at their website and it looks all beautiful and the ferns look huge for the price and then this little bitty twig of Fern leave comes. I just can’t believe it. I had to laugh before I really got pissed off.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Do not order from this company. Their products are a scam and so is all their advertising. They sent me plastic clips instead of a curl band product I ordered for $30. I made several repeated attempts to get my money back and still nothing. They need to be shutdown. Do not order from them.

Ordered dreadlock style hair extensions for a costume. Blonde and teal. They sent CHEAP YARN in BLACK and GRAY.

Order an exercise band from them-Came to me dirty, cheap sticky rubber and way too hard for me to use. I asked to return. They offered me $4 then max of $8 to keep. I wanted to return for full refund-Said they’d have to receive it first and Is need to mail to China! Original price was $22. Just wanted to return for refund.

followed direction on the tv advertisement. We had nice rain enough to keep seeds moist. As of today no grass has grown. 5/13/2026. Nothing.
