The blanket is not 3D very thin very small. The description on website is nothing like the item you get. Very cheaply made. Will never order from them again. Was suppose to have for Christmas got it today 1/13/2026.

Do not order any product from this company. There is no refunds, if it is they want to give you $6. I will never ever order any wrapping paper every again without know the measurements. The wrapping paper I ordered I was only able to wrap a small box the size of a wallet. Poor business, never order from this company if I were anyone looking at their site.

If there was a minus star, this company would have it! I ordered three exploding money boxes on the 29 of November 2025 for Christmas. Received them on January 5th, 2026. After getting many messages they are on the way with the little truck scrambling down the road. I emailed the company, received a reply "so sorry Charlie" there is nothing they could do. I called my credit union and they put a stop payment on the my card, them to find out the payment had been processed, nothing they could do. After 4 emails back and forth, they didn't provide a return address, so I send it back with the address on the package. They told me "so sorry Charlie" again as that is a distribution center they use and it's not their address. So I get no reimbursement. So far, I haven't given up get.
I see by other reviews the company is a loser and wish I would have read them before my purchase. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are a worthless Company. Order 5 exploding money boxes on November 25 for Christmas gifts. They arrived on January 7th. I was in contact multiple times with the service department. Nothing but excuses, blamed weather, distribution channels and no refund. They suck

Ordered a plush blanket dec 18 2025 received crud from them. Guess I lost out 45.00. The charge went thru. Learned the hard way no order from these kind of sites

I placed a order back in Dec 13th.. for the surprise gift box,
the price was 19.99 they charged my card $26.97. and i never received anything. The contact us, is a joke.
I see that the shipping was 6.98. Don't mind paying for shipping, I have tried reaching out to them several times. NOTHING a big JOKE.

The product was a 3D dinosaur plush blanket. It states 3D blanket. I received a very thin single layer colorful fabric. Single sided plush blanket . Not worth the money and nothing 3D The image does not appear to even look as if it’s 3D (it’s description is a Fraud)

Beware this company is a scam! I ordered two sets of six wreathes and received a free gift came with my order. I received only three very crappy wreaths and the company just keeps telling me I received what I ordered. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered anything from this company

The Dinosaur blanket is nothing like it's portrayed to be! It's just a printed blanket with no floppy animal things on it! It's also very small. I admit to not checking out the measurements thoroughly but presumed that ordering for a single bed would be larger that not even the size of a cot blanket! Very disappointed!

Absolutely terrible it’s been a month since I ordered from this scam company. I had to ask for a tracking number they did not provide one and the one they provided doesn’t work. It’s from China and it says that their parcel numbers are 13 characters and the one this scam company gave me was 16 characters. I’ve asked for a refund on their customer service department 2 times and still no response. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME DON’T TRUST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THE HANDS OF THE CHINESE SCAMMERS.

Sorry but it's been over five weeks since I've ordered and it was for Christmas so I don't want it because it took you too long. I've informed my credit card company to reverse charges because i have cancelled the order due to non-receipt. You can keep the product. I don't want it.

Sorry but not acceptable. You have failed. You can deal with the credit card company from now on. I have also reported to various rating agencies your failure to perform, and judging by the other ratings, I am not alone. I will not do business with you again since you blame your customers for your poor customer service. Your tracking shows it came from China, which was never mentioned at time of shipment, otherwise I could have avoided this knowing it would take too long.

Really 0 stars. I ordered 6 wreaths, only received 3. Took over a month to get them. Hard to get into contact with the company. Cheap looking wreaths. Probably not going to get my money back. Don't order from this company. Really want to file with the Better Business Bureau. So frustrating.

Really 0 stars but that wasn’t an Option. The absolute worse! Same as a previous review I ordered 2 sets of 6 mini wreaths and only received 2 wreaths. I have been emailing back and forth with the for over a week and they only want to credit me $18. Also accused I wanted them for free. Never requested that. I just want the other 10 wreaths or be refunded for 10 wreaths. They say I can return them but it costs more to return then they’re worth. This is a scam.

I ordered 2 sets of 6 mini Christmas wreaths with a free bonus set of another 6 wreaths in November. I received only 3 mini wreaths several weeks later. Have been trying to communicate with their customer service to reach a resolution. They will not send me the missing 15 wreaths and want me to pay to send the 3 wreaths back to China before they “refund” me only $16 of the $52 I paid. They expect that it will take a month before they can process the refund. The 3 wreaths have to be received undamaged before they process a refund. It would cost me more than the $52 I have already spent to ship the 3 wreaths back. They will not send me the remaining wreaths so there is no resolution to this issue. I have paid $52 for 3 tiny low quality plastic wreaths.

I ordered a Christmas box November 26. Today is December 24 and it still is not here. The original tracking was totally useless as it would not tell me where the item was. Yesterday I was told the item was in Santa Clara California waiting for the post office. I told them multiple times that it was a Christmas gift, they knew it. But the item still has not come. I'm gonna get my money back from PayPal or my credit card company
update-paypal refuses to give me my money back and the selling company is making it extremely difficult to try to return the item. Every chance I get I will give them a bad review. Do not in my opinion ever buy from this company

Today is Christmas and no word from this company. This is, without a doubt, a SCAM company. DO NOT order from them. If you have placed an order contact your credit card company and file a dispute immediately. Refer to Trustpilot’s reviews in your complaint to help verify the fraud. Spread the word.

I ordered a Christmas gift from them November 25th, Christmas is a few days away and I still have not idea when or if I will ever receive it. The tracking number they provided doesn't work.
