To meet different demands from our customers, we offer several options to simplify the return and exchange process, such as refund and store coupon. If customers select the store coupon for an exchange, they can keep the original items themselves. In general, most customers use the coupon to exchange for the correct size, and usually there are not many issues with the second order. However, if some customers still encounter problems with a coupon order, we are happy to escalate the issue to our management team to provide extended service and resolve the matter.
