Chemical smelliness.
Terrible. I want my money back. Perhaps the Pheromones do work but they are totally masked by chemicals. I have tested it with several different women and let me tell you...it is a definitive NO!. Absolutely terrible chemically smell. Go find a different Pheromone Cologne. Or grow a pair and become a man a woman would fall for.smelling. It is also causing my girlfriend to sneeze a lot. Lies delays and failure to do what they say - on all level;s
When attempting to order the "free" trial size which they charge $9.99 for shipping, I was directed to a page which displayed several different scents, of which they wanted me to order each. I promptly left the ordering site and went to their customer service email address requesting this order be stopped immediately and the money refunded to my account before the order was processed or shipped. After a few back and forth emails, I was informed that my order was found and I would receive a refund to my account in 5 to 10 business days. Well the time has pasted and now total silence - I can get no response from customer service whatsoever. They went ahead and shipped the "free" trial, which arrived in my box smashed and leaking over all my mail.
The worst customer service I have ever seen and the smell of my mailbox is so bad I will be needing to bleach it out in hope of removing the stench.
Keep away from this company!!! Save yourself the headaches and being lied to.
As noted below Cupid's replied to this complaint, and requested additional information. Most of which was already included in the original complaint. But I not only answered them here, I also sent the info to them in a separate email.
Don't let their "concerned" response fool you. After providing them the information requested. No another sound from them. No new cooespondence here, and no reply to the email. More lies and deception.
I did however open a case with PayPal
They refunded money and pursued Cupid's to receive a reimbursement.

Once I learned that I was charged even though I never finished the transaction, I immediately emailed to cancel and get a refund. I received one email saying they would escalate my issue and then crickets. I have sent 5 subsequent emails with no response. What a garbage company. Everyone on here should get involved in a class action lawsuit against these frauds. The positive reviews are obvious plants or bots. Any real person on here has been scammed by these garbage people.

The Cupids cologne that I purchased ( much of it unwanted but was added to my original order WITHOUT my permission) not only does not work in any shape or form with its BS " pheromones" it DOESNT SMELL GOOD!! I wore nothing but it for 2 weeks and not ONCE did anyone even say they liked my cologne or even acknowledged that I was wearing any. And by the end of the second week I was DRENCHING myself in it, to even see if I could get ANY reaction-positive OR negative. I got NOTHING!! Over pushy ads when going through the purchase process, as well as leaky bottles of the pheromone blend. Was sent a replacement and that 1 leaked out as well.
I just wanted a bottle of cologne, then a bunch of ads popped up to add more bottles and products. I decided to get the 2 bottle bundle because it was a decent price, then added the Pheromone Blend. I received 1 bottle of the cologne instead of the 2, and the Pheromone blend had leaked out completely. When I contacted customer support, they said they only saw 1 bottle purchased. They sent a replacement for the Pheromone blend, that bottle leaked as well. Even though I do like the cologne, I feel ripped off.

Your marketing caused me to get scammed by proxy. This counterfeit product needs to be removed from sale gifttree/products/cupix-hypnosis-cologne-for-men-3226/ . It looks identical on the box but its dyed blue and it smells like air freshener, very potent. Even though its not your product it has put me off it completely. I bought bleu de Chanel instead

They hype the cologne as an attractant, but from my experience it's just another gimmick. Not one person has said anything about the smell, good or bad. The return experience is even worse. They don't want you to return anything so they say you need a reference number but will not send it. Anyone purchasing from this company should be aware that once you push the buy button, you will not be able to get a refund.
