Paid the goods and received notification they were shipped (via Deutsche Post).
After a month, no delivery has ever arrived.
Wrote two emails to customer service: no answer.
Called the company directly: none picks up the phone.

Update: changed rating (to 3) because the goods were finally delivered, but it took 6-7 weeks from the order and the customer service took weeks to answer.
The main problem here, especially for a new customer, is that the very long delivery timing coupled with the slow CS are not ideal and may lead to think the company just doesn't care about what happens to customers orders.
