Thank you Felicity for excellent customer service and quick thinking to ensure that our expat Aussie daughter received her Xmas present after our initial first choice was not in stock.! All reports are that the saddle bag is a big hit and the leather beautifully soft. Job well done. Will use Culturelabel again with confidence.

Honestly one of the best places to go for gifts and art. They have such an amazing selection, and there really is something for everyone. I bought some Lee Renée jewellery and a Tim Hall photograph - delivery was quick and easy and generally the service was fantastic. I would recommend this site to anybody, very helpful and very well organised!

I have used CultureLabel quiet a few times now, particularly when your stuck for presents etc as they have such wonderful and unusual items. On a couple of occasions I have emailed asking about delivery time scales or questions about the products.
Their customer services is excellent, you get someone with a name respond and certainly in my case very quickly with a answer that is relevant to the question asked.

I ordered some HUTA hand-blown wine glasses from CultureLabel and they arrived incredibly quickly and safely. Their customer service is speedy, friendly and they always seem to be around to answer any questions. The item itself was gorgeously packaged - a selection of six glasses - which were beautiful and were lovingly received as a birthday gift. I'll be returning for more glasses from that same vendor!

Purchased and paid for a £235 bracelet but was told 24hrs later that the price was actually double what was posted in the website. Refunded my money and given a £5 discount code. Bit of a disappointing first experience but an understandable stick taking mistake.

I love the Culture Label site - it never fails me for beautiful, unique gifts which I know will be cherished. I usually hate buying wedding presents but with Culture Label there is always something perfect. The customer service and delivery is great and I will soon be heading there for all my Christmas shopping!

I now own a number of products purchased from Culture Label and I am extremely pleased with everything I have received, and the customer service is exceptional. I have used the site heavily since moving house and I would recommend everyone take a look, as there is something for everyone. It is also a great place to find birthday/Christmas presents for all, and I for one will be using them again very soon!
