Delivery service not so great
I’ve been buying from Cult Beauty for many years, it has great products snd competitive prices but they really need to fix their delivery service. The delivery to Spain is a nightmare, they delivered my last order with Inpost but I have no option to change the delivery day or leave it at a shop, neither did I receive an email saying when was going to be delivered. At this point I don’teven know if I will even get my parcel.

You could have stated right away that you don't ship to Croatia, instead of letting me select and buy the item, only to wait a few days before being told the order wouldn't go through.
