We had our bottled water dispensers serviced recently by Stefan Homer.
Not only was he punctual and polite to deal with, he was thoroughly professional in his servicing and went the extra mile to get our more complex repairs / replacements arranged. 10/10 for Stefan.

Water was not delivered on several…
Water was not delivered on several occasions and occasions we were left without any water, the service contract was reduced from 4 times a year to 2 times a year, we were charged for a cooler that we had returned - not a good experience at all!

The service from Carl Castle was brilliant. He arrived at site to collect empty bottles but there was no mention of the 10 bottles that should have been delivered. Carl managed to sort and left 2 bottles to get us by. Carl’s customer service was second to none thank you
