Reliable customer service

Bought the XL airfryer and it developed a fault after some months. I contacted the customer service and Jeanette took it up and apologised both on the phone and email for the issue and promised to send a replacement. To my amazement, DPD knocked on my door the following morning and delivered a brand new XL airfryer. What else can I ask for?

Really excellent from beginning to end

Really excellent from beginning to end! Initial technical difficulties with actually making contact, but once established, interaction was very prompt, polite, professional and extremely courteous.
Problem resolved first time and highly satisfactorily.
Difficult to know how it could have been better.

Great customer service from Cusinart…

Great customer service from Cusinart UK.

Some years ago I purchased a coffee grinder from Cusinart and it worked well for a number of years. It recently stopped working. I contacted customer services who responded promptly and sent me a replacement product. Good products and great service!

Have had a pleasant experience

Have had a pleasant experience with returning an air fryer and recieving a replacement. The customer service was extremely professional and prompt to deal with the entire process from start to finish and have extended my warranty. Definitely great value and am very happy with the quick turn around. I would recommend their products and excellent customer service

A great experience buying a New Kettle.

I recently purchased a replacement Kettle direct from Cuisinart. My previous Kettle was the same model but after nearly seven years, it stopped working. I ordered the replacement on a Monday afternoon, it was delivered by lunchtime the following day. What service! Plus the Kettle is excellent. I couldn't be happier!!

Fantastic customer service

The main mixing bowl of our 18 months old Cuisinart unfortunately broke. Something very small snapped and we don’t know how it happened but it was no longer usable. I contacted Cuisinart customer service and after asking for a few details they very promptly offered to replace the bowl. It arrived a few days later. Fantastic service.

Customer service 1st rate

Customer service 1st rate! Purchased a multi temp kettle 10 months ago and the on/off switch went a bit wonky, would sometimes switch on, sometimes not. Contacted customer services who responded quickly and asked for a pic of the serial number. Wrote back to apologise and say they couldn't repair or replace that model and was offered a CTK17SU yesterday. It was delivered this morning! Fantastic service.

Customer Service

I had cause to contact service today. Spoke to Jeanette.
This lady could not have been more helpful in resolving the issues I had with a soup maker, and determining the age of the machine.
The service received played a considerable part in ordering another Cuisineart product.

Really superb customer service

Having used our oven daily for almost three years an issue arose requiring attention. It was replaced within two days. Islania, the Customer Support Advisor provided excellent service for which we are very grateful.

Great customer service

Edit. Seems the machine was a model that is no longer made. The machine is being replaced, out of warranty, with the current model replacement. A company that goes above and beyond. Looking forward to making coffee again!

Previous - The coffee machine is great when it works - which is very rarely. I can’t fault the service as the machine has been replaced four times under warranty but it still doesn’t work and I can’t ask for another as the design is faulty so it’s never going to work. There is no way to clean the blades that grind the beans so after a while they won’t grind. The machine has cost me a fortune in coffee that never gets as far as a cup. Even using ground coffee the machine works maybe one times out of five so you end up wasting too much coffee. However I can’t fault it as a milk steamer or as great customer service.
