Eight weeks and still waiting...
I ordered an expensive product (c£200) over eight weeks ago. The website didn't tell me they were out of stock. Neither did the order confirmation email. I have called four times in the last eight weeks. I the first three, I was given a date on which product was due in the warehouse. Whether it arrived or not I don't know, but it certainly didn't get to me. I've just called again (yes, the fourth time) and been told that the product (ordered mid-July) is expected in mid-Oct. But no guarantees that it will come, or that I will get one. "Can you call me and let me know what's happening?". "Oh no", came the the reply, "We have no way of doing that, you'll have to call us".
Not what I expect from a company whose website states "and we take pride in offering our customers the very best possible service at all times. "
Poor, very poor.
