Our company asked for an Offboarding
Our company asked for an Offboarding, since the service was so poor... after they agreed to offboard, they never replied again.
Our goods remain in their warehouse, and we cannot pick them up, even we have settled all our invoices.

My item hasn't arrived
My item hasn't arrived. Tracking hasn't changed since 11th of April. To me looks like its lost. No help from company. Only thing I get same email, looks like automatic reply. Still don't know where is my parcel,will I receive it at all. No customer service at all.

Big scammer!! Never trust!!100% avoid!!
I used cubyn for marketplace, I sent 400x iPhones from Hongkong to cubyn via UPS, and phones just disappeared while UPS shows delivered and they provided proof with signature, Cubyn just said they didn’t received and nothing help. They are scammer! Never trust them, if u are using their service than I want to say good luck! You better stop right now or you will lost your business!!
