Purchased the MSG converter and never received a product key. Support doesn't answer emails. Chat shows no agents available.

Bought Exchange Migrator.

Programs does not work, gives error.
Import CSV does not work.

Tech support is not capable of doing any kind of support.

Refunds requests are being ignored.

Avoid this company.

I recently bought CubexSoft MBOX Converter and within a few minutes, I received its license key. The migration was so quick and successful. Even, no alteration has been done in my original content during the process. I must agree with the fact that the tool processing and all its features are just superb.

I am very happy and satisfied with its conversion process.

Never got the activation key, tried support and chat.

I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before purchasing their EML to MBOX convertor program. Seems to be lots of reviews saying license key never turns up. I am still waiting too :-(

Update: Got license via chat box on their site so all is good now.

Purchased software but no license key supplied.
No answer on email or live chat

I was searching for a program to convert windows live mail to PST. I purchased their WML Export software but never received my license key.

Their web site says it will be delivered within 15 minutes. But never got it. Tried their 24x7 support chat for help but it went unanswered.. I think I just got ripped off!

Purchased a license for a PST to PDF converter. Never received the license. Unlike other reviewers, I do not think this is a total scam. I downloaded the trial version, which seemed to work okay. More likely, this vendor has ceased operating. No one seems to be home at customer support or on the chat or answering emails.

I purchased an email conversion program.
I received no license. There are no people to answer the phones. I am sure the chat was automated. Fastspring (the seller) is just as bad. I hope I didnt load a bogus program that is mining my information.

Purchased program to migrate emails. Received copy of invoice but no activation code. The company is non-responsive to my contacts. I have reached at 4 different times to resolve the problem. I still have no activation code and it has now been a week.

I had activation key problem, support do not return to my e-mails, No response at all,

I have been waiting for a useful activation key for the last 3 days. I have asked for refund and they are not answering my emails. This happens when buying from unknown companies located who knows where.

I purchased this to transfer gmail to docs. DID NOT WORK. they sent me an upgrade via email. That DID NOT WORK. They key number they sent with it did not match. They REFUSED to refund.

Work culture is great and people there are young and cooperative. they provide great opportunity to learn, scope for good exposure for development
