Poor service
Please don't call them. Waste of time. I had booked appointment with them, came and did nothing, gave a big quote of £650. My wife asked him what kind of part needed to change, he said it seems, he will charge £150 only to tell the name of parts. Later we called another engineer, he fixed it within 1 hour... Simply took our £50 for call out nothing.

Thank you for your feedback. Our call-out and survey fee is £50, which covers the engineer’s time and inspection of the boiler. During the visit, the boiler was found to be in very poor condition and in need of multiple parts, which is why a quote of £650 was provided for the required repair work.
We did not proceed with any repairs as you chose not to accept the quotation. Our engineer did attend the appointment and carried out an assessment, which is what the call-out charge covers. We’re sorry you were unhappy with the outcome, but the quote reflected the condition of the boiler at the time of inspection.
New boiler installation
Mantell installed a new boiler.
He is competent and a hard worker.
However I didn't realise he was going to be at my house until late evening.
He returned the following week to install a new controller. My old one was incompatible.

engineer Martell was very knowledgeable about the different boilers on the market, gave us good advice on which one he thought would be best for us.he was very efficient when putting the boiler in left everything clean and tidy. always answered questions we had fully.he finished the installation within the time he stipulated.would happily recommend him.

Do Not Touch Them
Terrible company, quick to take your money and impossible to get hold of once they have it. Do not touch them with a barge pole, I have read the positive reviews and do not believe any of them.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. No customer manners. Very rude and uses fake office responses (Amy).
BE WARNED, The cubeser chemical is plain water. Nothing was added.
Created a massive problem in central heating radiators. Claimed to remove dirt using a Henry hoover!!!

Hired them to come out and repair the boiler. Cost £360 for one hour total. The boiler worked for less than a day before the same problem reappeared. British Gas engineer came to visit the day after and after seeing the Cubeser work report was not impressed, to say the least.
Only reason I haven't given one star is that they offered me a £180 refund.
Edit after reading Cubeser's reply to say that the British Gas engineer said there were multiple problems AFTER the Cubeser visit and he said he had no idea what the previous engineer even did. Ridiculous given that I've now found out that Cubeser services are double what normally is charged for emergency repairs.
