Very bad costumes Supoort , I have spring pedal thotlte broken

I lost the receipt; unfortunately, they made it clear that the equipment is not covered under warranty. They simply won't respond, and I need to get a simple replacement spring—something only they carry. I don't want a different pedal. I just wanted to replace the spring on my current pedal, and they refuse to help me with that.

Great products, but no stickers in the box :-(

Excellent after-sales support, with quick and effective responses.
Of course, wheels in that price range shouldn’t arrive with poorly connected cables, but fortunately the support team was fast and resolved the issue

Very easy purchase dispatched super quick. Think should say about import duties to be add by courier which was no problem but could do with saying on website. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Works beautifully as you would expect being hand made. Very Very happy.

I bought the Cube Controls GT X2 wheel and its one of my favorite wheels cause i own several high end wheels. Had a issue with my wheel and i contacted customer service and the service was great 5 stars. They immediately send me a prepaid shipping label fixed the issue i had on my wheel and send it back to me. Cube controls makes amazing wheels and they have great customer service and take good care of there customers.
