Absolutely fantastic service from Jenna Mackenzie, she is so friendly and professional.
After retiring and thinking my pensions were straight forward and I didn’t need help I received paperwork that was confusing and frustrating to complete and due to government changes I was worried but Jenna explained and sorted it out for me and I feel confident in my decisions now.
Would highly recommend as the stress and worry isn’t worth it.

I met with Steve initially who explained all of my options and gave great advice for my future pension, life insurance and financial planning. He then introduced me to Biancha and Tracey who have both been amazing. Biancha has supported me in setting up a pension and planning for my future financially, and Tracey in life insurance cover. Everything has been explained to me in detail and we have had several meetings to ensure I have the right plans for me. Both have been so friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to their support in the future.
