Fantastic Customer Service
After purchasing an amp, that took forever to get installed, the amp blew. CtSounds then actively reached out to me and even though I was way outside of the warranty window they allowed me to start the warranty process. Although the amp blew do to user error they charged me a small fee for a brand new replacement (probably 10% of the cost of the actual amp). Could not be more happy with my experience with this company. They will absolutely be receiving more business from me and I will actively recommend them to anyone purchasing amps or subwoofers.
