Amazing product! Wonderful customer Service, Mr Harry was always responsive, great to communicate with. I ordered the full Aero kit for my RS6. Absolute masterpiece!

Arrived in good time and well packaged, it came with nuts, bolts, washers and screws, and mounting tape. A little apprehensive as I am a complete novice, but fitted by myself in around 1 hour (not including the cleaning and prep). I have to say it's a really snug fit, holes line up perfectly for the 4 corner screws and I am very pleased with the results. The only gripe I would have is that I wanted to fit the canards to the lower lip first with the bolts provided, but the fixing kit only had 14 nuts and bolts when there are 8 fixing points per canard, therefore, I had to buy more M5 nuts and bolts. Luckily I had counted well in advance of fitting it. Still, I would buy other products from CT in the future as the quality is very good for the price - worth paying that little extra over some of the eBay and Chinese ones if you want decent quality and a part that fits well.

A real professional company! I’ve ordered some parts for my BMW M4, really good quality! And the customer service is really good! One part was missing, I told them in email it was missing and the next day they have send the missing part! I would like to think phoebe and harry for the quick response and their amazing work! I will definitely buy again from them! 5 stars ⭐️

I’ll be honest I was really frustrated at first and even left a negative review. My order (#51090) ran into shipping issues, and I felt like no one was helping me. But everything changed once Harry personally stepped in.

Even though the problem was actually caused by my misunderstanding, they still took responsibility and handled it with care. They didn’t just fix the issue they offered to reship my order all the way to Azerbaijan, and even covered the cost themselves. That’s something you rarely see.

What impressed me most was how human the communication became. Harry explained everything, kept me updated, and genuinely made me feel heard and valued as a customer. That short delay at the start? Totally understandable now.

Took my G80 M3 in for the full CT Carbon treatment and wow I was not disappointed! Matt walked me though all the parts I’d chosen and discussed all the options, he then fitted the car in under two hours and the transformation is absolutely stunning, not only does the car look insane now the fit and quality could be out of the factory. Have been running CT Carbon kits on my car for 3 years now and the quality of the carbon still remains absolutely fantastic. The only part that deteriorated was the CT Carbon badges. But a quick conversation with Lewis and they sent out replacements free of charge and even threw in some air fresheners!! It’s the small touches like this that separate brands like CT Carbon from the rest of the pack.

A***** brand with brilliant customer service. Will always use them as long as they make kits for the car I have at the time.

First time buyer from ct carbon and apart from a slight delay not on there part but DHL the product came carefully packaged and haven't fully opened everything but looks spot on, can't complain. They also do reply to any concerns you may have promptly.
