Slow customer service
Update:
They sent me a replacement item. Although the process took some time, I understand that these things happen and appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.
The delivery was fast, but I received a damaged item. I contacted customer support once I received the package that was two days ago and still haven’t received a response. I’m really disappointed.

This is a very trusted website for me. I bought many items on this website. The prices are unbelievably reasonable. Perfect delivery time but the delivery time can take a bit longer if the item has to pick from their main storage and purchase can be cancelled anytime before they ship items to you. I strongly recommend this web site.

Don't order items in remote storage
I order twice items that are in remote storage, and they both showed that they will come in a week. After that week I was getting emails every day that the delivery was postponed by a day. In both cases I had to cancel the order and order from a different store. If delivery from remote storage takes longer the company should be transparent about it

Worst store you could purchase from. I have ordered a perfume for a month now and it didn't arrive. Everyday they give notification that it will be delayed.

Different model between website and what they sell
I ordered a graphic card (ASUS VGA 16GB RX9070XT PRIME OC 3xDP/HDMI PRIME-RX9070XT-O16G) and paid for it, in the email confirmation I received information that I ordered (VGA PCIE16 RX9060XT 16GB GDDR6 PRIME-RX9060XT-O16G ASUS), a card that is completely different. Website shows what I wanted to order 100%. I tried to call them during their opening hours and there was no answer. I canceled the order and have to now wait 30 days to receive money back. Worst experience with an online shop. Not recommend.
And it's not a first time. I order a TV one year ago and they didn't send any confirmation that the order has been made. I had to call them and ask for a email confirmation to be sent to make sure I wasn't scammed.

We are very sorry for this experience. The mismatch between the product shown on the website and the item information in the order confirmation is not acceptable. I cannot say exactly why this happened, but the issue has been reported internally to ensure it does not occur again.
Regarding the refund: when an order is cancelled, we immediately delete the order and release the payment from our side. The information about up to 30 days relates to bank rules for how long a reserved amount may be held by the bank, even after it has been released by us. We can see, however, that the reservation has already been released in your case.
We also regret to hear about your previous experience. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave, and your feedback is taken seriously.
