Total BS company. Ordered pants thru a site which on Facebook shows up as Maggello. They are based in Hong freaken Kong and no way to contact them.

ordered item from fstideg.com got order confirmatioen from cshelp.vip.

no item came registred complain with cshelp no answear.

Ordered item , never arrived , filed dispute and never got response or update on dispute , total scam , only imagine how many of us bought in to this scam

Need to give one star, but even that is not deserved.

Bought some pair of pants but didnt receive them in a month. Opened a dispute, havent heard anything. Not even after asking for the status of the order or the dispute.

I never got the goods I ordered.. spent about $45, sent in a dispute and was never answered. It popped up as an add on instagram

Goods never arrived. I recieved an email from cshelp stating that they would follow up promptly, never heard back from them. Do not buy of Facebook. This is a scam.

I order something and they say its already deliverd, but this is not true. It´s a scam!

Placed my order on 5/23/25. Placed a dispute and haven't heard anything back yet. Still waiting on my order. I will be filing a claim with the BBB. I have report the to the FTC. About to contact state attorney general.

I never received the merchandise I paid for, despite multiple attempts to contact the sellers and give them a chance to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they hid behind a VPN and even attempted to suppress my review in hopes of silencing my warning to others. Fortunately, Thanks to my federal government background I was able to track where the money went with the help of knowledgeable individuals. All relevant evidence is now being gathered, and we will be coordinating with local law enforcement, as this operation appears to be part of a larger scam enterprise.

Never responded still haven't received my purchase,or a refund

This site is a scam, you never receive your order and the never respond. People work so hard for their money and sites like this scam people. May God have mercy on your soul.

This seems to be a dummy customer service site, that you can file a dispute on, but it never gets resolved. My dispute is indicating it is open, but the support email gets no replies. It's been over 60 days. PP never takes that long.
Here's the example: You're really mad because the thing you ordered, has not arrived. The company you purchased from, said it was delivered, but you don't have it. And you even paid for insurance on the package. Enter customer service help dot vip. It's automated which cools you off a little. You provide some information, dates, times, amounts, and the last four of the card used. You submit the form, and you feel a little more at ease, because you think something will be done about this. You return to the site a few times, and drop an email to support, because you never got a confirmation. But your case says open and processing. A few more weeks pass, you return often, surely they must be moving forward with this? Many emails go unanswered, and you're like...$#@& this site and chalk it up as a loss. CHA CHING there goes more of your hard earned money
