He has a description saying you cannot make a new character, but once you login to the account gta makes you make a character. Menaing the account isn't modded. There isn't a way we can prove it. This is how he scams you for account. You buy it thinking it's a modded account and he has these instructions on what you gotta do. But once you log into the account you will see the account has clearly not been modded whatsoever. Don't waste your time, they are scammers who stole $30 from me and didn't send anything. The scam was carried out from Dubai while claiming to be from the US. When I called the credit company's customer service, they told me the same website, csgosmurfkings, was the one who carried out the scam from Dubai.

Within all honesty, the modders are very nice, patient and understanding. However, you will need to provide the same as a customer. Outside of work, they may have personal stuff going on.
