I’ve been a long-time user and built my level over a long period of time. After the recent update, levels no longer give any meaningful rewards. What used to be a clear and motivating progression system is now essentially cosmetic.
The changes were introduced silently, without proper communication. Many players realized the update would not be reversed and simply stopped playing. Activity has dropped significantly, and several game modes feel abandoned. The focus seems to be on UI changes and new features instead of fixing core issues like lag, communication, and moderation.
Market activity appears to be declining, and withdrawals are dominated by bots, making it difficult for regular users to compete fairly. Support responses are limited, and full explanations of new features often require direct contact instead of clear public information.
Overall, the platform has lost what made it unique. Long-time players feel ignored, and new players are unlikely to stay. Very disappointing direction.

We want to clarify a few things from our side. The rewards update wasn’t a silent change — it was a planned redesign of how progression works and was communicated multiple times publicly beforehand. Levels are no longer meant to be the end goal, which is why Ascension was introduced. Even at higher levels, you can continue progressing and earning rewards instead of getting stalled at a high level.
The new system is built to reward active play over time, and for many users it pays out the same or more than the old system depending on activity. It’s fair to not like the direction, but the goal wasn’t to remove value for long-time players.
On trades and withdrawals, we don’t use bots to control or prioritize anything — the system is fully P2P. And work on performance, moderation, and stability is ongoing alongside feature updates, and we do publish explanations for new systems on the site every time something is changed or launched.
Our support team is available 24x7 for any questions our customers have and provides the best possible information and resolution.

Before the update
Before the update, I was an active customer and deposited roughly €1,000 per month for an extended period. According to my account history, my total wagering is around €500,000. I mention this only to show I’m not a brand-new user and that my feedback is based on a lot of play.
After the latest update, the value and experience changed significantly for me:
1) “Ascend” offer / progress reset
I was shown an “Ascend” option priced at €150. In my case, it appears to reset progress, and I also lost access to daily cases I previously had. That combination makes it feel like I’m paying to lose accumulated benefits, rather than paying for an upgrade.
2) Results since the update
Since this update, my outcomes have been consistently worse. For example, I completed 35 shared battles in a row without any profit. I understand variance exists, but this is still a notable streak, and I have game history / replays that show the IDs and timestamps. I’m not claiming to know the internal mechanics — I can only say that my recorded results after the update look meaningfully different than before.
3) Communication / customer treatment
I also found the public communication toward customers discouraging. In one interaction on social media, a company-affiliated account responded in a way I felt was dismissive/insulting (I have a screenshot). Regardless of disagreements, that’s not how paying customers should be addressed.
At this point I’ve stopped depositing because I don’t feel confident in the current value proposition.

Since the update
Since the update, everything has gotten worse and players have basically been robbed. They have always tried to take away the free crates that people unlocked over time by spending tens of thousands of euros. Now, with this update, it has finally happened: instead of getting 8, 9, or 10 daily crates for free, you now only get 1 — and only for one month. If you don’t continue playing with real money, that’s it.
On top of that, there are many lags and bugs that make the gameplay no longer enjoyable.
