Broken features, like daily cases, cannot withdraw cases, terrible support, takes days to get a reply that is not useful (it took me 3 attempts for me to get to know why I cant claim my bonus when I meet the requirements their site states). Support told me I needed to deposit money to get my daily free cases, I did deposit, I cannot get my daily still but now I cannot even withdraw my money. It's a site you should stay away from.

the daily bonus has been broken on both their sites csgolive and wtfskins since they did a so called maintenance few months ago and it was intentional and let me tell you it's programmed to be broken and it's their way of getting rid of features, they had P2P trading withdraw and made some expensive prices for some cheap skins on steam and people who withdraw them were getting scammed and instead of fixing the prices? they let it die then removed that p2p withdraw.
same is going on with the daily free case in csgolive most bots who milk the daily are level 1 on steam with no games but were allowed to claim the daily and i will tell you the developers next step after artificially breaking the daily. you think they will fix it? No or up the steam level requirement to level 10 or something? No have people bet from time to time to be obligated to claim daily? No they will simply remove the daily bonus and case or completely shut down because what they are doing damages their sites more then it benefits them

Blocked me aswell have been playing on this site fore more than 5 years even the time when they remove skins and put on clothes and other crap. now i'm blocked because other accounts i've spent money aswell , remember csgolives policy it, its okey for you to spend money if you lose unlucky if you win oh no enjoy a ban

Banned for no reason while I had $800 on my account because I had apparently 16 linked accounts on the site??? What kind of nonsense is that? The support handler even showed me a list of the accounts and I could easily prove that they were in no shape or form linked to my account.

What kind of nonsense is this? It's been almost a year since this happened, I log in everyday just to see that I'm still fully locked out while my $800 is there.

They even went the extra way to BLACKLIST my steam account from FULLY logging in, so now I can't even log in to the site, it redirects me to a static "This site isn't available in your geographical location", which is fully untrue as I'm located in Sweden WITHOUT a VPN and my friends are able to log in.

Theyve blocked me from withdrawing because apparently some account was linked to mine and it was botting. I made a ticket to ask for the details & they just closed it

I was playing longer time on this website and everything was fine. But when you start winning they will just block you from withdrawing. I wrote the customer support and they just wrote that my account was linked to another account that was found botting on their site. Without any evidence or option to refund you will just get scamed here. Dont deposit anything.

I deposited $10 usd and hit and made $15. I withdrew this $15 in an item, waited the required time and didn't get the item. It then refunded the money. I want compensations.

I bought a 50$ key on G2A but after I used the key you CSGOLive blocked my account from withdrawing for no reason and I contacted support but they say I abused the p2p system even though I have not used it. So now the key I bought is useless, because my account got locked for a fake reason and support won't provide proof. I have 166$ right now in balance which I cant use, SO DONT DEPOSIT ON THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!

There is no way to withdraw skins. If you open a case you can't withdraw that skin you just opened. If you wanna withdraw with blanace you CAN'T because their shop only has 115$+ items.... I am vac banned from cs:go and i wanted to withdraw dota 2 skins but guess what! there isn't any skins for that or there is but that is 150$+ and i have a 30$ balance, no way in hell that i would deposite 100$ more just to withdraw on this scamming ass site.
