After being a customer for nearly two years, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
My account was restricted and all reward-related features were removed without any explanation. I reached out to support and the marketing department multiple times, but instead of getting answers, everyone simply points to someone else. Support says marketing is responsible, marketing does not respond at all, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or explain who actually makes these decisions.
What is even more disheartening is that after two years of playing, I had to repeatedly message and push just to receive money that was rightfully mine and should never have been withheld in the first place. It creates the impression that players are expected to simply give up and accept that winnings or benefits can be removed without proper reasoning or accountability.
The lack of transparency, communication, and ownership in situations like this is very concerning. Regardless of internal departments, players deserve clear answers when their accounts are restricted or rewards are taken away.
Update:
Support later claimed that my rewards were removed due to “spamming roll to wager for leaderboard,” regardless of risk level. This rule is not published anywhere, and no prior warning was ever given.
What makes this explanation even more questionable is that I also played approximately $300–$400 worth of case battles during the same period, which support completely ignored when labeling my activity as “only spamming roll.” This shows that the decision was based on a selective interpretation of my gameplay rather than a full and fair review of my account activity.
When I asked where this rule is stated and why no warning was issued, the conversation was ended by an admin with “Have a good day,” without addressing the questions.
This further confirms that rewards can be removed based on undisclosed internal interpretations, without transparency, warning, or any meaningful appeal process.

It used to be a lot better. Nowadays if anything goes wrong, their live chat is answering one sentence per 30-45mins and their email never gets back to you. Kind of a shame since the games are nice. The user experience overall is just so mediocre and there are better options out there.
Also, their website had a major crash last week. They have this Christmas promotion going on with cookies to collect which you can use to open cases. During this website crash I had made 2 case battles. One normal with coins and one battle with these cookies, 450 of them. Well then the site went to maintenance, I log back in later and neither of the battles are in my game history, but the tokens are gone. Well i contact support who says that they indeed see that both battles failed. They refunded the couns immediately but said that they had to ask an admin to refund the christmas cookies. Well fast forward one week, the support email hasn’t reached back to me for 5 days. I went to ask from their live chat whats up with the refund and Mr. John Nick says oh we checked and there will be no refund of the lost cookies. I ask him why since you literally can see it from my account history that i have earned 450 more cookies than what i have spent but these have dissapeared mysteriously. After that Mr. Nick hasn’t answered me for 45 minutes, he just left the chat without saying anything.
It would be nice to actually get the rewards you deposit a lot to receive… Well I won’t be depositing more until this is solved by your side.

2 Years ago i got reward ban at random time. i made support ticket.i make work like 5 months at least. they said me im multi account. i never used this. i was on profit on site like funny amount. they never stand it up people like 200 bucks even. they block your rewards. dont give your cashouts.And wanna kyc for 5 usd even.Never ever use this site when you gambling. i just call this site ''website'' on title. For those interested in this site due to leaderboard or any other reward system, please be careful playing on this site. I, like some of the comments below have mentioned, have been targeted in a 90% reduction of reward and have previously been reward banned for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
I have supported this site for 10 years and so it feels more so of a betrayal for me as to how much time and money I’ve put into the site. I first started playing in 2015 when many of the CSGO gambling sites started. Big established itself as a place to play multiple gamemodes at a time where jackpots was the only thing available. This along with sponsorship really propelled the site to become one of the most popular, if not the most popular csgo gambling site in 2016.
I’ve been with Big for every phase. It’s up (2016) and it’s down (vgo/virl) and really only started having issue when I started claiming my rewards, that I rightfully have earned. For 8 of the 10 years I never really claimed my rewards and I suppose that might have been why I didn’t have issues for a while. But as I’ve slowed down on my spending and started claiming my rewards ( a year or two ago) these issues have become inevitable.
Ultimately, disappointment is what I feel. Every time they have comeback I’ve always been there to support. I have lost 10s of thousands on this site wagering millions over the 10 year duration. In the end, it appears they don’t care about the day ones. Only profit and how they can reduce cuts without caring about ethics. Again, I have done nothing wrong but claim the rewards from which I have earned, but they mask it as potential abuse/scripting.

1. As stated on my first paragraph, I was previously reward banned for doing nothing wrong. My previous review was based on being reward banned, so why would I keep my post if I was no longer banned? I have integrity, and my purpose is to post the most accurate information based on my experience. How am I supposed to know if my ban was temporary if support stated it was permanent?
2. There is nothing inaccurate I've posted here. As stated, overall, I have lost 10s of thousands wagering millions over the 10 years. How have you measured my account history? I have moved over 3 times to different states, new devices, many new account (not used simultaneously) in the span of 10 years. What kind of unique identifier have you used?
3. In this current iteration of CSGOBIG(crypto deposits/withdrawal), I am in good profit(a lot to do with the reward) since being falsely reward banned (year ago). Prior, I was down 5 figure. I have slowed down on my deposit because of the inevitable outcome that is the site flagging my account.
What are you trying to convey with your message, csgobig? That if you claim enough rewards you'll get banned? No tos was broken, I've slowed down on deposit because you've broken that trust.

Again, note I said current situation is a REDUCTION of 90% on my reward (first paragraph). Previous was a reward BAN. I have proof of this matter. Yes, I'm still claiming my 90% reduced reward. Why would I deposit more to claim other rewards, knowing I'll possibly get banned from them? Again, I have played by the rules for 10 years. Could have simply notified, "hey, your activity is low and that could effect your rewards". I would have happily increased my activity, but instead they're masked as "potential script/abuse".

Csgobig used to be one of the best sites out there.
But then they started caring about not giving the players that are in profit any rewards. That was my case : my blitz ( kinda a faucet ) got nerfed and what I used to get 1/2c per blitz , now Im getting 0.02. Not even funny to play there more. They say I need to deposit and wager altough I depo more than 500$ this month ( we are in 10th november) and wagered + 8k coins. What a bad experience I am having. after all every casino only wants to profit and they dont care about the experience from the average user. Sad

Impsible odds here is often . So u make 15% upgader from 20 times u will not win instatly when u change something it will hit what u need before happpened 67 times i counted. That alot because i have been there alot.
Batles is crazy scam. U and ur bots obviosly will have diffrent gameplay when u play crazy mode or bots will swich if those bots cant hit anymore. Or oposite when u do normal mode batles. After all dont depo there u will 90% times event not make the wager req what also is realy sus thing

Ill put this simple i made more then one account thr first account i made i asked for a ban as i was in a pissed of mood already and lost around $50 well low and behold i decided to make another account i deposited around $100 and got up to $190 upon trying to withdrawl they asked for kyc which failed as I hade used my kyc on thr old account, so thry took all my winnings and were willing to give me back one depo of £43 mining i would still be losing £23 even though they allowed me to gamble and deposit thry then refused my eithdrawl request and said they will refund my last deposit of £43 i understand rules and rules but if you guys weren't registered in Cyprus hoe it would be flipped you would have to either pay back my full winnings or both deposit but no, now im getting no refund of any depos or any of my winnings so good game CSGObig hope the money goes to lining the big boss man's pockets
