Whatever you do don’t ask for a refund
The best they can do is to offer you a credit note. Credit notes are no good to me as I do not live close to any of their stores that I can just nip in and see what they have and unfortunately I will either get fed up with trying, or forget about it altogether! That way the company still has your money, plus they have their merchandise back to sell again to someone else. I purchased a couple of bracelets to restring but when I got home I found that they were not the right color. When I tried returning them I was told about their policy. I have been in the store twice to complain, and tried calling the home office with no joy. I will be listing these bracelets on eBay so if you would like an azurite bracelet, keep a lookout on eBay!
