Amazing job!!! Beautiful crystals. 3d portrait turned out terrific! Excellent customer service. Canadian. Pricey but comparable to competition considering product.

I was surprised that the business didn't have any low reviews, but I get it now. The website is very helpful in helping you choose a picture, positioning it, and giving you a preview. They took longer than the deadline they gave me for the project, but I emailed them and they were able to finish it by the time I needed it. The staff at the pickup location were friendly, set it up for me to check it before I left. The fimished product is absolutely amazing. I just wish the light under the carving had a place for the crystal to fit in so it doesn't move around/fall, and it would be awesome if it could be battery operated, so it can be placed anywhere.

I worked with Crystal Sensations on a custom engraving order for my daughter's wedding. The engraved glasses they did for me are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for!!!!!!
