One of the reasons I ordered from them is because it is an american based company. Their website is very user unfriendly, you cant find replacement parts, you cant even look at the previous order to find a part number because they dont list them. when you call customer service they are very rude and not helpful at all. they act as if they don't care if they have your business or not. I would recommend going with a different company even if it is from another country. I have too much money invested in these damn filters to just take them out and go with a different company. I sooo wish I could. If you want to avoid more frustration in your life, dont buy from them.

I have constantly been ignored or given half ass guidance as to how to correctly reinstall replacement cartridges. The cartridges cost 500.00 and when I they need to be replaced I’m looking for other options for my under the sink to system. What a waste of my time it’s been.

I have some iron, manganese and arsenic in my well water. I put three of their large filters between my incoming water and my RO system to lower the levels prior to hitting the RO membrane. Just got test results back from National Testing Labs and it shows that their Iron filter, Arsenic filter, and "Smart" filter remove absolutely nothing from my well water! I would expect to see at least a slight decrease in the well water levels but nothing is removed! What a waste of hundreds of dollars. Buyer beware and find your filters elsewhere.

Their post purchase customer service is non-existent. Their product, whilst it works when it's installed, fails easily and due to the lack of ustomer support, you can't get the system back online. They are a poorly run company and need to fire their CEO and staff and start again with someone (and a team) that know how to run a company. The way it is now is a shambles and designed to take your money and run - always blaming the customer for their lack of service and their shameful business practices.

Arsenic filter only removed 25% of the Arsenic in my water . I will never buy from this company ever again , customer service will tell you that their product will remove 94% of the Arsenic in the water . I had my water tested by a water company ( $ 185.00 ) their filter failed , almost useless. I sent the results to them along with the filter and was charged 10% to return it. Buyer Beware ,if you have an Arsenic problem do your homework and you will find out it is not easy to remove , Go with a Water Pro

I bought three countertop filters from this company. The first two worked. I had problems with the third one I bought. I brought a friend who knows how to install filters (costs $40) and we found out that 2 tubes out of the three were leaking. We tried tightening the tubes, but they were still loosing water. We had to take the new product out and install back the old one.
The disappointing thing, other than a new product leaking from the get-go, is the way they handle the complaint. I called three times. In the beginning they told me I had to take a video of the leak. This means I have to pay extra money to bring the same person to install something that we know is defective, just to take a video. Now, the 2nd time I called they told me someone will call me to set up an appointment and fix the issue. I waited for 10 days and called back for a third time only to hear that again a picture of the leak has to be presented as evidence. I offered to pay for the post expenses to send the filter back and get the same one. It wasn't accepted.
What am I gaining to send the product only to get a similar one? I am loosing time, money and aggravating myself, so not sure why they have this policy and why it is not communicated in their website.
In any case, I see here the reviews, which are very low. If I had seen this before, I would keep away, which after this experience, I think is the proper thing to do. Keep away.

What can I do? I have had a water treatment system for the last ten weeks. The system costs a lot of money but regardless of the cost, the thing does work because Crystal Quest refuses to send out replacement parts. WOW. I still don't understand. I wonder if it's because I'm disabled this makes me an easy mark.

- Piece was missing for a water sink filter fitting
- A water under sink filter was damaged on arrival

I inquired for both with customer service but they were super dodgy & not responsive.. I therefore have no working water sink filter after 8 month of ordering it.

I ordered a water filter over a month ago with 2 day shipping and never received the item. The total is over $216 dollars. The owner will not give a refund. He threatened me today to take down my honest review that his company is unethical (proving my point by threatening me to take down the review in order to send me a refund).
So as you can see, never order from this company. They will dodge you, pretend they are never in the office and there is just have no reason to order from them unless you want to be treated like trash, never get your item and deal with these unethical people. Bribing is illegal and I never received my item. He is keeping my money hostage which is all against the law.

Buyer beware. I have spent several thousand dollars on iron removal equipment with this company. Told them very specifically what the goal was, asked them multiple times to confirm it would take care of the iron. Besides the equipment coming at all different times, having to buy some equipment elsewhere because they did not ship it, spending hours hooking everything up it did come close to doing the job. I have removed all the equipment and it is just sitting in my basement. They did offer to take it back. Right! How am I could load hundreds of lbs on a skid fasten it so it travels without getting damaged?

I like the SUB & SAVE discount. I’ve had my system for about 2 years. I am adding a 20” iron filter. Even though I have 2 sediment filters, a carbon coconut filter, a double slim line Crystal Quest System which goes to the whole house, I am still getting brown rust spots on my shower curtain. I know Crystal Quest is a quality company. I am having it installed this week. Also, I have 5 filters that have multiple medias with an UV light filter that reduce all the VOC’s and contaminants. Instead of under the sink, my plumber installed them in the basement with copper tubing that leads to a separate chrome faucet to the kitchen sink for drinking.

Too much, that’s what my plumber thought until he saw the sediment filters. He designed a wonderfully looking plumbing water filtration system with a system bypass with many shut off valves and boilers.
The Crystal Quest filters perform well and last for about 10 months or longer, depending on your use. Ordering was very easy, from online buying to receiving the filter. It was very quick.
In a while, I hope to give a review of the iron filter. I know and am assured it will be good. I am going to install this Big Blue Cartridge, CQ iron filter as the last filter ( #6 ) of the group of filters at POE that lead to the house. I am certainly going to get whiter whites in my wash. Also, adding water to my steam boiler will hopefully have no rust, which is better for the boiler.

Also, cleaner toilets, but please keep your pets out. That toilet bowl looks like one big bowl of water to your dog. Close the the lid always.
