I ordered a moldevite and super seven crystals, beautifully presented and I have no doubts they are real but the super seven did not come with an authentication certificate like my moldevite did, I have requested one to be sent and also contacted about seeing photos of some azeztulite before I buy them, but no response and it's been around a week of waiting. Delivery is done in a good time but the contact with customer services is not good and would need improving if I am to continue being a customer here.

I was dubious about purchasing Moldavite online as there are so many scams about so I contacted CrystalNation with my concerns and who replied almost immediately - impressive! Had I read their 5star reviews before raising my concerns I could have saved myself a bit of bother (and them too!).
I placed my order in 20th June and it arrived today. I was anxious about delivery taking so long, mostly because I was ready for change when I placed the order - hence the Moldavite - and the past 7 days have felt like ‘forever’ but all things considered postage is free, I also benefitted from their Spring discount, customer service is spot on and it arrived very nicely packaged in a lovely satin bag filled with lavender. I have left it alone for now as I need to begin my journey in a positive and relaxed state - half an hour before work isn’t practical!
