Lovely products! CS is brilliant for an upset tummy and feel totally well after 20 minutes. Magnesium has really given me back energy. Highly recommend both.

It was a recommendation from my daughter that lead me to try Crystal Health she has used them quite a lot. Bought Methylene Blue, have been using it for about a week now, slowly increasing my dose and I am so far pleased with the results.
