Ordered my mom a crystal ball with a moon in it. Item was delivered to my post office, and when USPS tried to deliver it, they... didn't. They marked it as a bad address and returned the item to sender. When I contacted the site about it, all they would say is that it was delivered, even when I sent the info that the post office rejected it... Never got my money back. Very disappointed.
