Support is excellent, and the service is of high quality. I felt as though I was taking a chance but this time it paid off.

It’s a scam, at least if you got your subscription at tvcrystal.com and not at crystal-tv.com. I tried the demo for 24h and everything worked fine, but as soon as I purchased the 1year subscription, it stopped working (like within 2days), and no one replies to any email inquiry. Stay away from this garbage.

Crystal TV (IPTV) is the best service available. The support team is the best available. I have tried other IPTV service and I would recommend Crystal TV to anyone. When I had a problem it was fixed very quickly. Don't look elsewhere without trying Crystal TV.

The staff at Crystal Tv have been extraordinary very helpful to any issues I’ve had, which were really all my wrong doing. I honestly think they are so great with their customer service that I have gotten subscriptions for 3 of my family members, but the main reason is that their media app and servers they offer are by far the best I’ve seen,

I have been using crystal tv for a while now. No problems at all. I went to renew for another 6 months and had a problem with my password for the payment. I am not the best figuring things out. I contacted support and within 5 minutes they helped me solve it. And now good for another 6 months. Their support is second to none, always get back in minutes. I have gone through different iptv sources and all are garbage.
Would recommend to anyone that wants stable tv at a good price. Thanks Crystal TV

The attention and response are good. Initially, I hired the service for one month, and everything went well. I wanted to renew for three more months; however, while continuing with the service, they renewed me with a different server than the one I already had, which changed many of the channels I used to watch, and many of them were either gone or not working well. I still have the service, but I had to look for another service.

Crystal TV has a great guide system that lets you pick and choose favorites to make choices easier, in addition their 24 hours support responds very quickly.

Crystal TV is a great service. They have 23000 live channels and lots of movies and TV series. I have been very
impressed with the service and the support. I highly recommend this service.

My experience with this Cie is that extremely helpfull, I'm 73 and I`m let her know and they take time with me to understand and fill my formuler. Thank's to that and I appreciate so much. But I forget to talk about the IPTV, the only word to definite that Cie is: MAGIC. thank so lot to all of you, I'm now a customer for life.

Very stable service good picture and no buffering so far👍👍👍

Sometimes just with the demo you can see how good it could be and you take your chances. I have no problems with this one. Clear images, good resolution.1-2 seconds buffering that's really nothing comparing the four "companies" I dealt with before.Finally I can watch a soccer game without freezing or eternal buffering.
