I am waiting for my xrp cryptowallet are holding, since their shutdown in operations, they say I must agree to certain things, such as a discharge fee,which they do not declare, therefore they may take all holdings as a fee the way the legaals are written,,, I did not agree.
They accused me of going against money laundering laws, however that's not the case as my funds and ID are verified.
They want to squiggle out of not forwarding my assets, but we are going after them, no matter what. I do believe some players in the firm have been arrested already, or have already run, the firm is shut down and people are manoeuvring to get their assets back.

I sent 100$ to my newly made crypto wallet and it didn't even appear there. I've been trying to contact support, but without any success.... I can't even log in to my account anymore. Their info email doesn't even accept replies. THIS IS A SCAM, avoid it at all cost.
Edit: I got that on my btc wallet, and send it to another, but still waiting... Its already 2 days
Edit 2: I am still waiting, because they are really unable to reply to my emails and messages, don't have the btc still
Edit 3: After 5 business days of nonstop trying to communicate and spamming them with requests, I finally got the bitcoin...

Don't lose your Money
On January 31st, I sent all my Bitcoin to cryptowallet.com to get my Bitcoin into my euro account. One day later, while I was waiting for my money to arrive in my account, they suspended my account without any explanation or even sending an e-mail.
And they did this without even sending an e-mail. Customer services do not even respond except for automatic e-mails.
They don't even answer emails. I think all the comments made about them are fake.
You cannot find an interlocutor. I definitely do not recommend using this site.

Buy Crypto Fast (with credit/debit card)
I recently baught some USDT with my credit card and it was processed quicly. I had the option to store it on my cryptowallet.com account or trasnfer to any desired wallet.
Fees are bit high, but I think because the plarform is a new. Hopefuly it would be much cheaper in the future.
The minimum amount of crypto you can buy or sell are a bit high (125 EUR). Since the fees are already high, users should buy and sell lower amounts.
I am eagerly waiting for the launch of the cypto card so that I can send money cryptos more easily. Hopfully the card would feaute the transcation fees as promoted (1% only with no hidden fees)

Cannot Withdraw my Funds
I have a small amount of funds in crypto wallet, and I have decided to close the account as my plans have changed.
I have been trying to withdraw since the 25/12/2023.
They are the most expensive platform to charge for a withdrawal $27 USD, when other platforms charge only charge $1
I wouldn't mind paying such a high fee, however, the Customer Service is below satisfactory standards and you have to case up requests.
