It’s a scam. When it’s time for the payout, it will show as “processing,” but in reality it will never be completed. They keep you waiting indefinitely, from the app itself saying that more time is needed, to the fact that no matter how much time passes, you still won’t receive your payout.
The customer support is terrible. Very often they don’t respond to emails, and when they do, they just say they’re working on it, while in reality nothing changes.
Do not invest any more money, and report these scammers everywhere you can.

Stay away from CryptoTab and Crypto Company OÜ. This platform has officially stopped paying its users. While the app shows fake "Confirmed" statuses for withdrawals, there are NO matching transactions (TXIDs) on the actual blockchain. They are simulating payments inside the app to keep people buying "boosts," while the real money stays in their pockets.

Even worse, they have started manually deleting transaction histories for users who complain or ask for their money. If your history has disappeared or your payments are stuck in "Processing" for months, you are being defrauded.
WHAT TO DO:

Collect all evidence: Take screenshots of your User ID, your balance, and especially your empty transaction history or stuck payments.

Report them: Send all your evidence and screenshots to the Estonian Police (PPA).

Be specific: Tell the police that this Estonian-based company is manipulating data and withholding funds.

Don't let them get away with this. The more reports the Estonian authorities receive, the faster they will take action against this company.

Title: 3 Years Pending BTC Withdrawal – 1.7 BTC – No TXID Provided

I have a withdrawal request of 1.7 BTC that has been stuck in PROCESSING status for over 3 years.

No TXID has ever been provided, which means the transaction was never executed on the Bitcoin blockchain.

I contacted support multiple times. At first, they kept saying “please wait”. Now they have stopped responding completely.

A Bitcoin withdrawal cannot exist without a TXID. This is not a delay anymore, but a failure to execute the withdrawal.

Be cautious when using this service.

I used it from 2018 and withdrawals were always normal.

Until March 2025, it stopped allowing withdrawals.

Customer service was always just a robot. This company has definitely become a scammer.

DO NOT TRUST CRYPTOTAB. I am a long-term user with over 16,000 referrals, and I am writing this to warn the global community about the fraudulent activities of CryptoTab OÜ (Registry code: 14709252, Estonia).

The Timeline of Fraud:
I requested a legitimate withdrawal of 0.0043 BTC on February 27, 2026. According to their own terms, this should have been processed within a reasonable timeframe. However, it has been 56 DAYS of silence and withholding of my funds.

Malicious Support Behavior:
When I contacted their official support on Telegram to request a status update, their staff showed their true colors. Instead of providing transparency, they immediately BANNED and BLOCKED me from all communication channels. This is a classic "exit scam" tactic—they allow you to mine and build a network, but the moment you ask for your earned money, they cut off your access to support.

Legal Action Taken:
I have officially reported this developer to the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). I have received official confirmation from the authorities regarding my complaint. I have also initiated reports with Google Play and Apple App Store legal departments to have this predatory application removed from their platforms.

Key Facts for Potential Users:

Selective Scamming: They pay out small amounts to keep the facade alive, but withhold larger amounts or ignore long-term users.

No Real Support: Their support team exists only to ban users who ask uncomfortable questions.

Active Account, Frozen Funds: My account is still active, which proves I haven't violated any Terms of Service, yet they refuse to release my BTC.

Conclusion:
Stay away from CryptoTab. They are using your hardware and your network for their own profit, while selectively choosing whom to pay. I will not stop until this matter is resolved

Stay away from this browser it looks like support is none existing and your payment will be processing for ever after you reconfirm after 4 or 5 days what a scam

Do NOT trust CryptoTab with large amounts. They pay small withdrawals to build trust, then block larger ones indefinitely.

My BTC withdrawal has been "Processing" for over 1 year. I have submitted 6 support tickets (CBH-374267, CBH-282191, CBH-360235, CBH-357659, CBH-346560, CBH-216158) and sent emails in April, July, September, October 2025, and March 2026.

Every response from "Chris" is identical: "We are investigating." No resolution, no timeline, no explanation.

I invested my own time, electricity, and money into mining this BTC. It is rightfully mine. CryptoTab is holding my funds hostage.

If you have the same problem, please report it. The more people speak up, the harder it is for them to ignore us.

Dont fall for this SCAM ive been waiting over 2 years for a withdrawal

I just did another withdrawal request from CryptoTab to check if it still doesn't pay. Because it didn't pay for a long time.
But I was very surprised that I received my 17 Satoshi instantly into my NC Wallet. No waiting anymore and minimum withdraw amount is now only 1 Satoshi.
Keep in mind that when you do a withdrawal request you see your NC wallet email address and you must fill in a 4 digit code wich will be send to your email address.
Unfortunately I can not share my payment proof here but I shared my payment proof on the site BeerMoneyForum.

I wish I could give this company 15 red stars if they’d even allow it because my experience has been incredibly frustrating. In my case, they temporarily blocked my account twice when I tried to check my investment progress. After the first block, I contacted support and was told to try opening the app the next day, which worked. The same issue happened a second time, and it left me feeling uneasy.
I decided to withdraw my investment, I was blocked again and couldn’t access my account at all. I reached out to support for an explanation, but I didn’t receive a response for weeks. I eventually took legal action, filed a lawsuit and get my money released from captive.
I’m not sure whether screenshots are allowed here, but I wish I could share them so others can see what I went through before deciding whether to open an account with this company

more than three years ago I invested in cryptotab .. and to this day I have not received the periodic transfer. every time I contact support, I always get back the same answer that they are waiting for the confirmation of the transaction. this is one big lie! I think all injured parties should go to court and sue crypto tab

I have been using CryptoTab for over five years and trusted the platform to pay my earnings My current Bitcoin withdrawal has been stuck in Processing for over a year even though it meets all payout requirements and was sent to my official NC Wallet I contacted support five months ago and got an answer that its being worked on.

This situation is completely unacceptable CryptoTab is withholding my funds and failing to deliver promised payments I am no longer willing to wait and will take legal actions if this issue is not resolved.

I cannot recommend CryptoTab to anyone who expects reliable withdrawals or fair treatment
