I deposited on Cryptorush and played it for a couple days. Besides playing in the casino, I also made bets. I was very happy as I was lucky and won a few bets, then I decided to withdraw the funds to my wallet. AND WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED? They blocked my account. At the moment I can not even log in to my account, any attempt to contact support chat is blocked. The only time I got a response was a standard bot response. I also offered them to pass verification, but they do not have it .I do not advise you to play on this project as it is not honest. If you care about your reputation please contact me soon, otherwise the ratings of your project will fall on all site with the review

This Site is just a fraud.
I was gonna try this site out so i deposited 31.6 euro and i got a deposit bonus without knowing so i played 1 game and wondered why i had 75 euro so i saw that i had a deposit bonus and contacted support and asked them if i could cancel it and get my deposit back to real balance since i was up. they told me a very confusing answer which i thought was telling me i could and after i cancel they tell me that its not after you wager you will get it back and support agent Micay thanks so much for making me lose my money. If the owner/developer see this my email is the same as the one in this review if you want to make things right. IF something change i will update this review.

These scammers blocked my account just because I wanted to withdraw $200. According to them, I violated some rules. When I lost here, there were no violations, when I won once, oops and immediately made up violations. I believe that good reviews are bought, it cannot be otherwise. Stay away from these scammers, otherwise you will be left without money.

On May 30th, 2024, I signed up(did not accept any sign up bonuses nor participate in promotions)with CryptoRush and deposited a total of $600, betting on the sportsbook and roulette. I lost $160 and successfully withdrew $440 across two transactions without any issues(no accusation whatsoever of loopholes/multi accounting). However, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse when I resumed betting on July 31st, 2024, with further deposits totaling $1,150.
On August 13th, 2024, I made another withdrawal of $33(no accusation whatsoever of loopholes/multi accounting) which was processed without any problems. Around August 21st, 2024, CryptoRush suddenly reduced my betting limits to insignificant amounts and canceled my withdrawal request of $2,810. They accused me of "multi-accounting" and "exploiting loopholes in their sportsbook" allegations that I categorically deny. When I signed up, I provided my international passport, selfie with international passport and bank statement for KYC verification, and CryptoRush confirmed my account was approved even before I submitted additional documents on August 24th, 2024. Despite complying with all their terms and conditions, CryptoRush unjustly closed my account and confiscated $2,810 of my funds. Additionally, I had pending bets that won but were not yet graded at the time my account was closed, which means the disputed amount is actually higher(north of 3000).
CryptoRush's actions are not only surprising but also unjust. They claim I exploited loopholes, yet all my bets were placed on standard odds available to all users at the time of placement. Suddenly there’s now issues/loopholes in the odds I’ve been betting on in the past when I lost? Their vague references to "loopholes" are nothing more than a baseless attempt to avoid paying out my legitimate winnings.
Moreover, they allege that my account is a duplicate due to IP address and payment method similarities. This is a weak and flawed argument as I’ve had my account standing for four months and withdrawn on other occasions albeit in losses at the time without any hassles or accusations of multi accounting. IP addresses are dynamic and can change frequently. I've consistently used my verified payment methods, and I completed their KYC process with valid documents. The sudden shift in their stance, especially after I started winning, raises serious questions about the fairness and integrity of their operations.
CryptoRush’s actions suggest they are trying to avoid paying out my legitimate winnings under flimsy pretexts. My experience with CryptoRush has been deeply troubling, and I would advise others to be cautious and at best avoid this platform all together.
To Whom it might concern; CRYPTORUSH IS UNLICENSED as it STANDS.

You didn’t think to do this when I joined? You didn’t think to do this when I was losing? You didn’t think to do this on my other three withdrawals? You didn’t think to do this when you still had a license? Now you do this when I won big and when you’re no longer licensed thus a rogue bookmaker. Make It make sense. This is a wrong and it has be righted before I ease off. Legal action will be my next course of action. Keep pasting this reply under each and every. You’ll be telling the courts this soon and will also make it make sense to them. PETTY THIEVES.
I've seen that you’ve also refused to pay another user on Casino Guru. This user had previously withdrawn funds without any issues, but when they requested a $7,000 withdrawal, you falsely marked it as paid without actually transferring the funds. I personally verified this by checking their wallet on TronScan, and the payment was never made. It’s clear that Cryptorush has now become a rogue bookmaker, operating without a license and engaging in the recent confiscation of users' funds. It’s worth noting that this bookmaker only has $13,000 USDT in TRC20 assets. This amount is pitiful for a bookie and explains why you’re unwilling to pay my $3,000 and the other customer’s $7,000. Cryptorush is dishonorable, broke, and rogue, and that’s why they’re resorting to accusing long-standing customers and stealing our funds
